Review 1：The transparency in payment method wasn't on standard.

Review 2：Regarding the facilities provided by the hotel management during my stay was outstanding comparing to other hotels which are more expensive.

Review 11：The room as committed to us was not given, We requested non smoking room but they gave smoking room , we requested one doubble bed they gave two separate beds, on the furniture and floor the makrs of cigrates were visibble.

Review 15：We booked a presidential suit but it was all broken room walls had mold bath room tub broken only had one light bulb in the room it was nothing like it suppose to be over priced no working wifi on second floor.

Review 29：Everything about the hotel is worst. i had a nightmare of a stay in the hotel. its the most unclean hotel i have ever seen. the worst part was the washrooms, they are smelly, unclean and does not have the basic items of use.
