Review 1：My only complaint was that the room was a bit cold; it was a particularly cold week and there had been a lot of snow. Because the windows were so large, the temperature struggled to reach above 16 degrees c. Obviously no problem in the summer.

Review 5：The staff at front of house need more training in how to interact with customers. They did not make us feel welcome at all. Yes there was a little language barrier, but they were not relaxed or sympathetic at our attempts to make ourselves understood. The room also had wallpaper peeling off in one section.

Review 21：Location of the hotel. Ravanda is at the heart of historical center. One can easily reach to castle, copper craftsmen's arcade, glass museum, kitchen museum, bayaz Han and many other historic places. After a short walk from the hotel you can visit these places.
