Review 1：Asked for booking transfer airport to hotel on online booking form and provided arrival details. Received message from reception to contact them again 1-2 weeks prior to arrival. I emailed them timely and they did not respond, so called from Australia 2! days prior arrival, then being told that there is not such a service at 11pm. Being provided with phone number of a transport service and had to book it from Australia. On transit in Mauritius, email received from reception to confirm a transport booking, the hotel had for whatever reason organized. It was 30€ cheaper. I had to cancel that offer. I sought clarification the next day, received a smile, being offered a late checkout and a drink. As a single female traveler, safe transport at night is vital for me. I will never book this hotel again. I stayed at 11 accommodations during my 25day trip, exploring the island. Did not have any issues anywhere else and my accommodations were not 3star.. Got WiFi login, but not being told that the room lacks of reception.

Review 4：Very nice junior suite, with corridor in between two rooms, so the adults could sleep in private while children slept in the other room. Modern room, clean and spacious. I have been in 4star hotels that were not as nice as this 3star. Staff could speak good English, even though, according to the hotels internet pages, they could only speak French. So this was of course a nice bonus. Pool was also nice, even for smaller children.
Review 5：No WIFI in the front room. Broken jacuzzi. Lots of birds eating the breakfast. Uncomfortable bed. There was no gate at the entrance and access to another road. Some rooms have entrances on the back of the hotel so it isn't secure. The bar and restaurant closed before 10 p.m.
Review 6：Very clean and big rooms. Close to the beach and town. Very helpful staff. Not too noisy. The suites fit 6 people and have a small terrace.
Review 7：Room at 1st stage very noisy, Room and Bath forniture in bad conditions (renewal needed). Nice staff but somehow slow in performing their charges. Wi-fi not always working and Air Conditioner broken....... Except the position not very good value for money!!!!
