Review 1：Were can i start!! THIS IS A HOPELESS PLACE!! AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OFF YOUR MONEY!! THIS IS AN 2 DISCOTHEEK FOR UGLY PROSTITUSION GIRLS.. CANT SLEEP TILL AFTHER 06:00 . Review 2：The the location was in the center of everything, the room was esquisite. The hotel staff were friendly and polite and best off all...you didnt have to leave the property for anything....They had the best restaurants: Lebanense, Sushi, French on property. They had a beautiful lobby and bar abd night club. I Loved it and would defintely reccomend the property to friends and family.

Review 5：Till deep in the night, every night, you can't sleep because of the noise of the bar downstairs. I asked to book an extra night and they asked me €500. First it was €198. So bad service. I never will come back. This is not the way to keep your clients. The Wifi is horrable.

Review 13：I am a Travel Agent and I booked 16 pax into this Hotel for one night at the end of our tour. I originally thought it had a pool and questioned the staff upon arrival. Their response was disgraceful. They snapped at me and were very rude. I have their names if hotel management is interested as they should not be on the front desk. I was given a room that smelt like sewerage room 206. Luckily I booked through booking.com as they wanted to charge extra for breakfast which was already included. I was left embarrassed and humiliated in front of my group. The manager even had the hide to ask my guide why he was supporting me. He replied because she is my good client. Customer service was disgraceful. My group were left standing for over 20 minutes whilst the abuse continued. Do not stay here!

Review 18：Worst hotel I have ever stayed with, the pictures on the websitedidn't reflect the room we got, and we originally paid more thanwhat was advertised on the website. Apart from the difficult to dealwith staff we had a night club operating underneath our room and wewe're not able to sleep for the two nights we stayed there! Thishotel is by far the worst travelling experience of my life.. Do notstay here!!

Review 37：Our experience was atrocious at best. Why?For the following reasons:1) From the time we arrived at the Hotel, the entire experience was fraught with problems. We had mistakenly booked a double sized bed, versus double beds. We discovered this during check in and requested for an appropriate room. The receptionists/check in counter were least helpful, were disinterested in finding another room to accommodate, we had to insist on them looking for alternatives on their computer, they were adamant that they had no rooms available, despite online searches showing they had rooms available. We requested for a recommendation of a nearby hotel to stay for the night, in hopes of returning tommorrow when they had rooms available, they recommended us to a hotel that was charging 5000 EUR/night for a single bed. They made no effort to genuinely assist.2)That same night, we found another hotel, decided to come to Villa Bianca for a few drinks to unwinde, bouncers would not let us in as he indicated that the Bar was full. It was the middle of the week, and from our vantage point we can see that the bar was half full at best. The bouncer further explained that if we get table service (bottle service), they would let us in. We declined and went else where.3) Following night, they had room available, and we booked accordingly. It was our last night at the hotel, we wanted to stay in a nice place. We proceed at around 10:30 for a late dinner and drinks at the famous SkyBar. We proceed to the restaurant, bouncer indicates that he cannot let us in without reservations, we explained that we were staying in the Hotel and if he can extend some hospitality, he declined, and forwarded us to the front desk to make reservations. We go to the front desk, receptionist reluctantly assists us by providing the phone number to make the reservations.

Review 38：Villa Blanca is an aesthetically great looking hotel. It has nice finishes, great restaurants, and a nice bar upstairs that is open to the sky.

Review 40：The man working reception was useless. He is the one who wears glassesand is in his 40s. I asked him a simple question about taking a bus toAgadir and he just couldn't figure out how to help me. Then anotherstaff member (a man in his late 20s) heard me getting frustrated withthe first man and took over. In less that five minutes I had the name ofthe bus company, an address, the price and the departure times for thebus from Casablanca to Agadir. To that man, I gave a tip. I never gave atip to the useless guy.- One more thing: There is NOTHING to see or do in Casablanca. I'm glad I only stayed for two nights.

Mr Aziz with his professionalism and willingness to assist best way, just confirmed the high standard quality service of this place. the team at the breakfast were all more than just a team, we felt very special. Villa Blanca was our best place within 9 countries visited during the last 2 weeks. excellent customer service, loved it.

Review 54：The room was really small! However luckily because the card reader to the room door wasnt working we were moved to another room (disable friendly) and this was a larger room. The internet connection is absolutely poor. The front office has one person who has to juggle between checking you in/out while answering phone calls and everything else. Hence we couldnt even speak to them as they were very busy! The break fast was less than orginary. Only when we asked did they serve an hot omelette. Everything else in the break fast was cold food (including the crepes!) Very average hotel!

Hotel is not on the shoreline. Mcdonalds nearby has better view. Staff on the reception mislead us - SPA was working on Monday from 14-00, not from 10-30 AM, as they told - as a result, we were unable to get a massage before plane.

Review 62：The room ( as it usually happens everywhere when you book through booking.com ad a good rate ) was probably the worst in the hotel, including insects and ants. 1 of the member of the staff at the reception was not really friendly and supposing : I asked for a non smoking room but it seemd that someone smoked inside mine. I than asked him to please change room due to the smell of smoke but he sais it was not possible ,that he was going to check the smell but nothing happened.During check out strange discussion for the price of sparkling water in the minibar and he almost forgot to give me change. Breakfast location not very confortable.

Review 66：The hotel did not provide the requested airport meet/shuttle and, when we finally arrived, showed no concern and avoided the issue; not a warm reception! The shuttle from the airport was a flat rate 250 Euro, whereas the hotel provided return shuttle was 400 Euro! The hotel called taxis for guests, advising that the normal fare downtown of around 30 Euro requested by the hotel, however most of the taxis hovering around the entrance demanded between 100 and 150 Euro ... and got angry if you challenged them!

Review 83：The night shift receptionist guy was not a smiley and unwelcoming guy. The porter took us to a smoking room without the sea view and a smaller room that we asked for. Immediately , 3 big mistakes even though we booked and paid for it via booking.com. The porter said that no way of finding a non smoking room.After I insisted him to call the non smiling receptionist, the porter took us to a non balconied ,sea viewed but extremely noisy room .. As there was no other alternative hotel in the middle of the night and also being so much tired , we accepted it unpleasantly. The outside noise and the non stop working engine on the top of our room did not give us a relief and a good sleep. The bathroom was with some long hair. They were not very helpful with the shabby tricky robber taxis..These taxis should be banned..They charged 10 times more than they should charge. And the worst was body guards were not very helpful.. But, these red taxis seem like they work with body guards on commision based. The never turn on the taxi meter. Anyway, when we complain them to receptionist they said nothing to do with them..This is unbeliavable, when we stayed in 4 seaons the staff was very nice and protective.. Literally, it is a nice hotel where they should improve the services, cleaning..They should smile more..But, still great location, great cafe..But, still they should dismiss the robber taxis and work with the official stationed ones.. The day time receptionists were nicer. They arranged a good car for the airport transfer..

We had a really nice room with a big terrace with an ocean view (albeit there a busy street in between) The outdoor café served good food and has comfy seats. The whole hotel is charming.

Was told they wouldn't bill my bank card it was just on hold well they did bill it even if it was refunded that wasn't in my plans so messed up my trip.
