Review 1：Really it should not have a 5 stars level. The problem is that I goto 5 stars hotel to get rest and feel comfortable. And enjoy breakfast and facilities. But all of these I did not find. Bad smell in the hotel like old smoke. And I have seen insect on the bed.breakfast bread is old. Staff not capable to work in 5 stars hotel.customer reviews are important and I really appreciate but it is missleading me. I need booking.com to help us in a different way to guarantee the level of staff, cleaners, facilities, service. It is very old hotel.I am really how it is rated from the best hotels in gaziantep city in turkey. We are just paying high rates for 0 service." Review 2：Nothing.Really I am paying more to get the best service but Reality is paying more for nothing and I have a bad experience in 5 stars hotels in general. I strongly appreciate that booking.com not offer any 5 stars hotels don't have a good service and facilities. Because at the end we are the victim.

On the next day, we sat downstairs and asked for 2 beers, after an hour there was nothing...they forgot.....very poor and incompetent. Also the food......less than 1 star hotel....the cheeseburger was terrible, the meat was see-through (about 2mm thick) and the bread was dry...... We will NEVER come back to this hotel. Worst I've ever stayed in and I travel a lot...... Do not even bother to go there if you are not Turkish....Turkish people did seem to get plenty of service and attention.......

Review 56：There was an event going on during the week at night two floors below the only nonsmoking floor in the hotel. The music was extremely loud and despite begging, no one would turn the music down. It was blaring. This went on u til 11 pm and I was exhausted and it was impossible to sleep. Also, the restaurant is nonsmoking, but the restaurant staff allows guests to smoke in the restaurant. There was no reason for any of this to have occurred. If it want for these two problems, it would be a great hotel.
