Review 1：But do not know how to maintain it. Bought cookies from the Hotel Bakery, it had black oil dust on its container. With oil and food stains on its cover. The cover was torn in 2 pcs and just put over the container for the sake of it improperly. stayed there for 2 nights in last week of december and the A/c was not working/cooling and had to sleep at a room temp of 26 - 28 degree celsius. A male waiter waiting out side another room asked my wife (while she was entering my room alone) that if he could come in to make a phone call to another room as there were no phones available in the corridor. Toilet sliding door locks were broken.. and are not recommended with kids in the room. Very few staff at breakfast room. had to ask several times and wait for long to get something .. like tea or milk etc. Would rate it as a 3 star hotel.
Review 2：Made it hi tech. Provided an apology cake. and reduced room rate for last night. Manager / CRM were really responsive to complain.

Review 6：Staff very friendly. Reception staff went the extra mile to help me in securing my transportation for my meeting and with my late checkout. Complimentary airport trip in new clean car and a polite silent driver. I tried the local food at their restaurant and it was really tasty.

Review 12：It is a smart hotel in terms of technology for information and lighting. The hotel is beside some nice restaurants, cafes and a big supermarket.
Review 13：Pressure from shower was low. Letter on table highlighting maintenance between 12.30am until early morning. However, water pressure did change on the 8th floor.

Review 15：The service is below par. I ordered food and they mixed up my order. Following that, the staff argued that they had provided me with beef. I politely reminded them that beef is not white in colour! They did not bother to replace or follow up on their mistakes until I called them to ask them to remove the meal tray. In addition, they charged me for the meal! Given the per night rates, the service must match the price!

Review 19：Very poor service, it took almost 25 minutes just to get the ice. Food didn't taste good and proper utensils weren't provided in the room, had to eat from the bowl. Took the Royal suite expecting good service but received nothing at all.
Review 20：Apartment very badly maintained and dirty (rugs should all be disposed off as they are filthy). Almost nothing was right with the apartment, A/C not working, not a single room had a lock, not enough towels (3 bath towels for 6 people). Not enough crockery or plates, showers not working, bathroom blocked - All was rectified but only after many calls and finally a visit to the front desk. The facilities shown on the apartment description are not accurate, there is no garden view or tumble dryer for example and sound proofing is non existence as we had a generator on top of our room which kicked in everytime the electricity went during loadshedding. The staff are very friendly and make promises which they often do no deliver on, as an example we were 5 adults and given 1 apartment card and was promised another 2 by almost every member of staff on the front desk and only got 1 reluctantly after constantly chasing up the front desk

Review 23：This was my third stay at Nishat, service, staff and food are great. I was given an upgrade to Royal Suite which was really nice.
Review 24：There were three negatives of the stay, first being there were no locks on the sliding doors of the bathrooms and the door kept sliding open. Second, in one of the bedrooms of the 2 bed apartment, the AC control was located outside in the hotel corridor and the last being the floor in the pool area was very slippery when wet.

Review 26：My booked facility wasn't given to me and on the day on stay theycalled me to inform me that the ac isn't working in the threebedroom apartment so they gave us a big suite and two separate bedroomswhich killed the whole concept of family being together while the restof the family was in another part of the building in another two bedroomapartment. Towels and ACs were always an issue.
Review 27：Staff did not even think of allowing guests to take a shower in gym as my flight was late at night. In the end, made other arrangements. Needed to register along checkposts along road but did not know this until I was leaving for airport.

Review 34：I booked 2 rooms a suite for myself and my Mrs and a King Room for my cousin and the stay was amazing. Hotel is absolutely amazing and defiantly one of the best I have stayed in. There defiantly needs to be a Nishat in the UK it would do amazing.
Review 35：Narrow lobby, the girl at reception has a IQ below 50 if it was not for the duty manager i would have gone mad. no lobby even by a boutique standard. untrained housekeeping for five star level, stained towels, reused bedsheets, half cleaned bathrooms. They used porcelain tiles in the shower cubicle and floor and it get really slippery when wet, i will be surprised if no one gets injured here. Breakfast options are limited, sent me spoiled single serve of lurpak, no cereals were available. food from room service was really bad, except for some local choices, e.g., burned pizza and strange taste of tomato sauce in pasta. the gym is okay but the pool gives a feeling of a grave.

Review 37：Standard (executive) rooms start showing signs of wear: rain shower was not flowing well and was leaking on the bathroom floor, windows not well insulated from the outside, A/C unit old and noisy.
Review 38：The design of the hotel's exterior and interior is freshly innovative. Conveniently located near most of the restaurants and shops of Gulberg and not far from the airport. We were given an upgrade on arrival. Unfortunately only for the first night.

Review 43：Extra charges taken because the bed sheet was used and left some followers spots. So hotel charges me extra money for property damage. But the bed sheet spots are should not consider as property damage. And however the guest are going to use the bed sheets and will return with some spots and little dirty but its means that its the property damage and chargeable to guests. I don't like this.

Review 45：The breakfast was not as lavish as the ones I have had at other hotels in Pakistan esp Avari. The Pakistani food items especially need to be improved. Also the plumbing in the bathroom was faulty which really annoyed me.
Review 46：The location on M M Alam road was excellent. Plenty of resturants at walking distance. The hotel was designed beautifully - one of the best looking hotels in Pakistan. Also amazing pizzas at their resturant.

Review 49：The security measures are taken to an extreme which greatly reduces the attractiveness of the hotel and makes it feel sterile. The windows cannot be opened at all for fresh air, and one cannot really see through them. This creates a feeling of being stored inside a box. The design also makes the general feeling cold and sterile. I think for these reasons it is not worth its rates.
Review 50：The hotel is clean and functional. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms good. The gym is little but very nice, with a city view. The breakfast is relatively good too.
Review 51：The room service is the worst I have experienced not just locally but internationally. We ordered 2 full English breakfasts with an omelette and scrambled eggs, after an hour long wait we got 4 fried eggs. After calling room service we received the scrambled egg and omelette but no other items of the full English. After calling them again I was told that we will not be charged for the breakfast and that they are sending the English breakfast condiments up. What arrived was condiments for one English breakfast and Ofcourse by then we had finished our eggs. At checkout I was charged for one English breakfast... I'm confused as to whether they charged me for the English breakfast that they didn't send up or the only one they did? Ridiculous service and the management didn't take any responsibility for it

Review 53：The bathroom is a bit impractical and is a safety hazard the way the tub has been installed. No matter how one would take a bath, water spills out on the floor and keeping the height of the tub in mind, I kept on wondering how senior guests will cop up with the situation. Hotel management must look into this immediately.

Review 55：The late night bell staff was huddled inside when I got there at 12:30 with no one outside to take the luggage. The food was atrocious all four times I ordered room service. The heat cannot be turned completely off because like a dorm it is central to the building. The thermostat in the room merely controls the fan. Prepare for a sveltering hot night. Housekeeping showed up in the room the first night unannounced and then left without an acknowledgement or apology. The doors to the rooms do not automatically close behind you. Many other little annoying things about hotel; so in my opinion that hotel though beautiful, lacks basic elements one expects making it seriously mediocre and putting it at par with a budget motel in US
