Review 1：Wifi was not available at all area of room (room no.601)so I ask to change room,I stayed a day at room no. 601 and then change to room 401 for the rest days. Breakfast was very limited choice. No guys helping in carrying bags.

Review 2：The cleaning of room was very good.

Review 3：Wifi working once in two days, poor breakfast, staff getting elevator with food already eaten by clients smelling so badly, credit card not accepted because no connection for the entire day!!! Obliged to pay cash even trying 4 credit cards .

Review 6：Internet did not work, I stayed in the 8th floor, and had to keep the door open or go out to the corridor to have at least a very weak connection. Often even this did not help. In the mornings there was not enough pressure to be able to take a shower - and this was true all the 3 mornings I stayed at the hotel. Worst was the service at reception. As I wanted to pay my bill the connection was not good enough to enable payment with credit card. However the receptionist was quite sure that there was nothing wrong with the connection and that the problem was with my credit card. As I had used it without problems only 1/2 hour earlier I was quite sure that this was not the case. I asked the receptionist to call to their bank to find out about the problem, but she said no and that I should use my mobile phone (roaming cost) to call my bank. Indeed I did so only to find out that no request from the hotel had reached them. The receptionist was very rude and still insisted on my payment. But I left, and luckily the connection worked next morning upon departure.

Review 7：The wifi just didn't work and the staff didn't seem to know how to get it fixed. Thankfully I was able to borrow a mobile router for my 2nd night's stay, so that I could work.

Review 9：Had water leak by the corridor and elevator, smelled. It seemed it has been there for a while. Credit card system wasn't working at all and had to pay cash. Breakfast wasn't good.

Review 34：once we arrived they asked us to pre-pay the room. When booking it was -pay during your stay at the hotel, not when you arrive. We payed at the night before check-out. While paying their bank machine could not accept me debit visa (for no reason) and I had to go to an atm to get cash. Also bad smell in the rooms.

NOT clean, breakfast badly treated but especially WE PAID FOR SUPERIOR SUITE-but we had ROOMS NORMAL, and when I asked about this they told me that they would have told the manager that I've never seen!!!! I have organized the bus to visit customers in Casablanca for 3 days and the second day I have extorted asking me to PAY TWICE WITH RESPECT TO THE AGREED! They said that they didn't received part of the payment that my bank had sent completely. MI have closed in the lobby, forcing me to pay and threatening me PHYSICALLY! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I reported everything to the police Moroccan who said that this hotel often what you've described, but then notthing happen!!! BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT GO! VERY DANGEROUS!!

Chipped cups, chipped plates, paper serviettes in dining room, mixed old dented salt and pepper holders, boring polonie, scrambled eggs cheese and tomato every morning at breakfast. Bended knifes and forks, same table dressing every day with yesterday's spills on it. Charged about 200 more than quoted price and then very French if you try to resolve the problem. Review 56：Beware! Hotel eft terminal not working. Woman at the reception did nottell that and showed me the transaction refusal to me twice and asked meto pay in Dhirams. She punched in some numbers and gave me a total. Asit's late I told I'm going to pay following day. Another staffwoman and a man accepted my payment with a restaurant bill seperatelyitemised and gave me a signed letter. I paid in Dhms and requested thetotal to convert in Euros. Two days later when I was checking out thewoman (wearing big round earings) who was at the reception when Ichecked in accused me of not paying the restaurent bill. I showed herthe receipt that shows the itemised account. Then she said I haven'tpaid tax. Demanded 380.00 Dhms more. I add the figures and show herthat, if I have not paid the tax initially the amount to be only 225.00Dhms. She said "yes" and her attitude was very rude and guestssittng in the lobby heard the conversation. I paid further 225.00 andgot a signed letter which still not showing tax seperately. Whilewaiting at airport and putting together papers in the folder I saw herinitial calculation written in my reservation paper was 340.00 Dhmshigher, even without the restaurent bill. She is very dodgy and rude. Ithink she pocketed extra 225.00Dhms.

Review 57：Like the location as it's very close to the tram line which giveseasy access to Casa Voyaguers station, for the airport connections witha cost of mad 7 for tram and mad 40 for train.Restaurant (Piano Bar)staff, and the doorman were very polite and friendly. They try theirbest to make you happy. Banks, other eating places and shops close byand taxis, busses and trams available till late. Room service girls alsokind to change towels and sheets as you want. Good lift accesss. Hotelneed some rotuine maintenance program. In room 602, a/c + Heaterwasn't working. Shower rose bar loose to wall and when shower tapopens it moves to both sides with the pressure. Towel rails loose towall. One of the twin beds (close to entry) springs were protruding andmake very uncomfortable.

Review 58：Pillows were lumpy and there were someone else's hair inside thepillow case. Used my own case on the other pillow. Sheets weren't thebest either. Looked like someone else might have slept on them and notbeen changed.

Review 59：Did not stay long enough to properly give an answer to this question - Iwas only there for about 14 hours and all I did was walk around thearea, eat at a local restaurant and sleep for a few hours. Wasconvenient to the Medina, Hassan ii Mosque but a fair distance from theairport. Staff at reception most helpful.
