Review 1：The rooms could be equipped with a coffee pot since they don't have continental breakfast which is understandable for the price

Review 2：Jay the clerk was very friendly And accommodating for the price just for a place to spend sleeping it is An excellent price I will stay there the next time I visit relatives there

Review 6：Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms are quite nice with micro/fridge, and super comfortable beds. Great value for the money and lots of grass to walk dogs. My dogs stayed out in the van at night, but they do allow dogs there for a slight fee. Seems to be safe at night.

Review 8：Being in the medical field, I have had the opportunity to stay at many different hotels at many different price ranges. On the outside, this hotel looks like an old Hotel 6. It sits on the north side of the highway surrounded by other higher end priced hotels like Best Western. My initial impression was, Great, another shabby, poorly managed hotel. When I entered the entrance, the foreign staff were very pleasant and accomodating. When I checked into my upstairs room, I was pleasantly suprised. The outside of the hotel does need a facelift, but the remodeling and attention to detail within the rooms themselves were great. The room had an updated AC device and nice bedside furniture. The couch within the room was a little beat up, but I was there to sleep, not hang out. The bathroom had updated tile accents and a curved curtain rod, which was a nice touch. Plenty of clean towels were available. Other amenities inculded a fridge, coffee maker and flat screen TV. Free Wifi was also available with a passcode. All in all, I would definitely stay here again for the price. $50/night.

Review 9：The bed was a bit stiff and the pillows were flat. Also, it was unsettling to find random hairs in the room towels. And the cups in the room were from a Holiday Inn.

Review 15：Ice machine not working properly, very little ice in hopper. Cockroaches in the room, not noted until morning. numerous small ones were in the bathtub and one big one crawling up the wall between the head of the beds. Grounds not maintained. building deteriorating. This was the 3rd year staying at this place and each time it has been worse. We are staying someplace else next time.

Review 17：The A/C In The first room 104 smelled Once it was turned on and after inspection, we saw the outlet and the cord had severe burn marks. Notified staff and they moved us to room 209. But then that room was extremely hot because it was on the second floor, and the AC could not cool down the room. We had requested extra pillows and when they were brought to us they smelled of body odor. It was after 2:30 AM before we could fall asleep, and even at that it was still hot. We got up three hours later because we had to be on the road and had a full 12 hours of driving to do that day. So only getting two hours of sleep was not worth the cheap price we paid.

Review 20：The hotel has an excellent location, the staff was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating, and the room was clean and spacious. I have stayed here several times and will continue to do so.

If you want the bells and whistles of a full service hotel for 2.5 times the price then stay at a national chain. If you just want a spacious comfortable clean place to sleep, then stay at the Royal Inn at a great price.

Review 23：Cold water did not work in sink The mattress was very old The nite stand had crumbs from previous guests The blower fan on heater did not work properly and it was freaking cold had a cold draft coming in room Saw a dead roach on the floor by vanity Ice bucket looked dirty and didn't have a plastic liner I really didn't want to stay on second floor because of arthritis in my knees but had to settle just because the staff did give us a King suite and told us that they turned on the heat for us at 8 pm. After arriving back home after our two day trip from visiting my step dad in the hospital my 4 month old grandson now has a cough and has nasal congestion from the poor heating in our room Will not stay here again They do not give refunds 10 minutes after checking in
