Review 1：freezing! It was impossible to get the room to a decent temperature and the bathroom was so cold that you wanted to run out of it: very unpleasant. Furthermore, this is not a boutique hotel, these are converted offices and you can tell so immediately: system-tiled ceilings for one.

Review 11：Very noisy, you can hear every fart of your neighbors. I was able to see vestiges of the past on the toilet and in the shower and on the restroom floor. The TV-Speakers are directed to the wall, without space between. This sounds terrible. If you want to understand the voices in the news, you have to turn up the volume much more!!

Review 13：- very noisy in the night. The rooms have a view on a little street with no issue. Bars are closing around 4am and between 3.30am and 5am, drunk poeple came in this little street shouting, screaming and making a lot of noise. The windows are very tinny and you can hear them as you were in the street. When we told the reception, they said that it is usual on from Thursday to Saturday and that they cannot do anything about it.

It was the first time I visited Eindhoven, and the reception has recommended many interesting places for me to visit as well as giving me very thorough directions. Review 68：The only real problem was the light to indicate the step present in the room, useful not to fall if you wake up in the dark and want to go to the toilet, however it can be less evident, more soft or not continue... just some spot are enough. The light is annoying if you need dark to sleep. I solved moving to the bed from which you cannot see the light. But what if we were in 2 in the room? Very minor comment: no shower cup. Maybe it's a bit expensive.

Review 69：Clean room, comfortable bed. There was the hair dryer in the room! The wifi worked well. In the room there was kettle, coffee machine with tea, coffee, sugar. There was also a relax corner at the second floor with more coffee and tea choices, tables to work or read. Very nice. The hotel is overall stylish. Close to the shopping area and not far from the station, at walking distance. There is a bus stop very close to reach the high tech campus (Philips). I had breakfast near the hotel and dinner, nice places all around.

Review 95：Bathroom is small. Toilet is placed so tightly between a wall and the sink that I had trouble fitting myself in between and was very uncomfortable. Also in the evening and night the reception is unmanned. Front door opens with your keycard, but closes very slowly allowing non-guests to enter the lobby (this actually happened on a previous visit).

Review 113：It is perfect location when you want to be in the city center. Shopping, restaurants, bars, everything is around the corner. Parking is in a public lot, you get a small discount (€12,50 instead of 14 per day). It is only 50 meters from the hotel. The staff is very helpfull. I had a bachelorette party and asked to check-in early. This was no problem, they offered to bring my bag to the room. But when I arrived, they even had a room ready for me. Really appreciated that. Room was clean and the bed was very good. Bathroom is small, but that is not a problem for me.
