Review 1：There should be more illumination in the bathroom, it was a little too dark. There should be a bus stop nearby. Since the hotel is pretty far from the city center, a cheaper option to the taxi should be given.

Review 5：I liked the friendliness of the staff. I arrived very early in the morning about 2am and should have arrived at 10am the young man at the front desk did not speak much English but I felt I was checking into Disney World his hospitality was awesome. Mocha in the morning with a welcome! He answered my questions and even called his Manager to question if I could up grade my room. The next morning the Morning Manager answered all questions fully and helped out with the early morning check in cost of the room (Discounted) Then he made sure we got breakfast when the restaurant was closing and the waiters were so patient to help us get everything we wanted. The Health Spa is really nice and has everything. The steam room had a mint smell so nice. The Haman is beautiful and the Spa has really nice services.

Review 6：The venue had no working aircon, food left out for buffets was eaten and walked on by mice. Bottled water was simply filled from a tap. Staff didn't speak any English at all. Then payment of the bill was challenged when it had already been paid. Security issues occurred at the nearby border. 13miles from town, no external facilities nearby
