Review 1：- The shower head was rusty. Could have been replaced beforehand - Some staff seemed to pester you to write good reviews about them, as I guess they have some incentives given by the hotel based on the reviews. This was specially true at the breakfast
Review 2：Good service oriented staff, with a smile on their face and always willing to help. Specially Mr. Fayyaz at the Concierge Very good lobby and well decorated, neat and clean rooms. Great breakfast with wide variety catering to both international breakfast as well as giving overseas visitors an experience of "Punjabi Lahori" breakfast too! Given room on 4th floor, which had a business lounge and hence I guess we had no families there, which was nice as it was always quiet.
Review 3：staff seemed not too aware of Booking process and made us wait at the reception for a long time before handing out the key. tea service at the lounge on the floor was also very slow

Review 5：Dirty run down room. Under the desk was never cleaned and it's very visible, leaking taps, old bath with cracked paint and old dirty looking sealant. Staff stay in room waiting for a tip. Extra bed was not given at the start even though they were advised before arrival.
