Review 1：Cleaning. Room with no terrace.
Review 2：Improvement areas: cleaning, room received through this booking had only a window on the bottom floor whilst there are rooms with terrace also. Positive: easy to reach ( directly at the harbour), pool and restaurant.
Review 3：the receptionist was not very friendly and talked too fast, and in a very disinterested way; we did not really feel welcomed the breakfast was terrible; everything had just gone out when we got there, and things were not really placed logically; there were far too many people for such a small serving room; and it felt really stressful and chaotic

Review 8：Big problem. The hotel has changed its name from Hamn to Scandic. OurBooking.com documentation hadn't been updated, however, by e mail orother. We arrived on the ferry as foot passengers, crossed the road andwalked straight past the Scandic signs and up the hill in search ofhotel. At 00.30 hours (that's when the ferry arrives) a tiring andfrustrating experience. Expensive for what is equivalent to an IbisBudget, or Etap hotel in Europe.

Review 10：Newly renovated. We received an upgraded room and also got to check-in early which was very nice of them to do! 5-10 minute walk to central of town. Very close to ferry if that is what you like. Breakfast was ok.
Review 11：We would have appreciated to be informed of the change of name "Hamn Hotel" to "Scandic". This would have avoided us a long search to find the location.

Review 24：We booked superior double room but it was a typical standard double room. Standard size. standard everything. I guess it was "superior" because of small table outside, like a personal small garden. Otherwise I don't see the reason for it to be called "superior". There should be possibility to have a double bed for couples instead of two beds put together. All double rooms in Hamnhotell have two beds... put together or separately. The location isn't best in Visby if you came to sea the city. It's 15-20 minutes walk from the Old town, which is ok (and we knew it in advance) but not the best. A bit overpriced hotel but that's typical for Visby.
Review 25：Fast check-in without problems. The staff is very friendly and helpful. As usually in Sweden I would say. Quite area, no noise at the hotel. We got two keys for our double room what was comfortable. The room was very clean, like the bathroom. A table with chairs at the room with possibility to seat outside. Fridge in the room! Nice breakfast - basic but everything was fresh and tasty.
