Review 1：Most of the personel was asking for money. Bathroom was full of hair. I check out at 11 45 and went at the panoramic bar. When I came back, after an hour, they didnt want to let me leave the hotel. They said they dont know if I paid. I guess they had a problem with the system but they gave me no explanation and they were very rude. Especially when you know that you cannot even book this hotel without paying before. You dont have the option to pay after. Also they had an hour for this check out. At the panoramic bar they brought me half a coffee and have orange juice(water and powder) that cost 55 dirhams, I gave 60 dh and the waiter said "Give me 5 more".

Review 7：I've been staying at this hotel for several years now. I always feel welcome. The rooms are very spacious. The staff is very friendly. Located in the city center. Restaurants near by. Starbucks just across the street.

Review 8：No airconditioning. The central system was already set to heater while temperatures were 20+. Had to sleep with the windows open the whole week and even then the room temperature remained 20+. 6 Sleep deprived nights made my experience very uncomfortable.

Review 14：View - our room overlooked the Hassan Mosque so it was nice to wake up to that. The staff were wonderful, went over and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. We walked everywhere so were pooped when we got back each day. Wifi was great.

Review 15：The room itself had decor from the 1980's. Poorly maintained & not clean as related to western standards. Smoking was also allowed to take place in the lobby & it appeared on all floors of the hotel. We asked for a non-smoking room but we could easily still smell the smoke. We found the staff was lazy & surly & resisted providing help to us (although we asked for little help). There was 1 staff member in the bar that was very polite & provides good service.

Review 17：There are double windows ,but is the worst I have seen , because they close with 5 to 10 MM space in between , and as the street is a busy street , so I have to wake up at 6.30 morning because of noise and sleep after midnight . Also the cupboards are very cheap hand painted which gives you the feeling as if you are in 2 stars hotel. Also when you sit in the lobby you smell the food in disturbing way The red carpet at the entrance is so old that when you see it , you say oh God what is that . It seems that management enjoy deadly savings , as with small money can make it much better ,as in this way I give it 3 stars. It is very nice and clean city, but even the state do not care for small repairs in some of the streets which disturbs the eye .

Review 27：It is not a new hotel so guests need to manage their expectations. However, it is clean and remains the best value for money that I know of in Casablanca.

Review 28：The staff is genuinely very nice and competent. In many places in Casablanca, surly is the norm. The Idou Anfa staff is well trained and look out for their guests. The top floor bar offers an outstanding view of the ocean and city.

Review 53：Concierge Service was excellent. My baggage was lost in route and August ( I think that is his name) really helped me try to track it down as Iberia Airlines impossible to contact. All the staff was super helpful and friendly. They arranged prompt and good taxis to airport and train station for us. The location is great - and I liked having a Starbucks across the street.

Review 54：One slight grumble is the amount of stairs between the parking at the rear and the reception area. Had we known, we would have disembarked fully on the very busy road out front and then taken the circuitous route to the parking area. The city contrasts sharply with the image portrayed in the movie 'Casablanca'.

Review 55：The hotel is located a convenient 20 minute walk from the city's main attraction, the impressive Hassan II mosque. Casablanca is a large business city of some 5 million, with traffic to match. The Idou Anfa catered efficiently to business visitors, with onsite parking, and a very charming porter to help us. The food was good, and the buffet evening meal was great value. And it was nice to hear 'As time goes by' played on the piano in the foyer during dinner at a 'Casablanca' hotel.

Review 56：They clean only if you ask them to do. Carpet and furnishing full of dust. Noisy in the night. They don't change blankets. Water form the shower comes out very slowly. It might take more than 1 hour to take a shower and if you are there for business, with a full schedule of meetings, it's a nightmare. Moreover, my bathroom sink leaked water so I had to wait a plumber to come and to solve the problem. It took about 1 hour and a half and I therefore arrived late at one of my conference. When they "clean" the bathromm, they usually replace towels after many hours!And you have to wait. Most of the rooms don't have any maintenance. I don't recommend this hotel.

Starbucks in front of the hotel. Good food. Patesserie, Mcdonalds, KFC, Italian restaurant, Morrocan restaurants, ..... a lot of choice and very close to Medina (center).

Review 62：The room....too tight for a triple room..not really a trile room. The cupboad was blocked with the third bed ... thus difficult to open. The AC was not functioning well, so we had terrible sleep.. too hot.
