Review 6：Warm family feeling all the way. Easy access to the tourism area nearby. Helpful hotel staff, esp. Lady Yoke. Perfect location, just out side of the village which is too poplular and crowded during the tourism seasons.
Review 7：they are short of staff. our room lock and key were not working well, and every time took a long struggle to open the door. it may be a small thing but it caused quite some inconvenience. there is only one staff around during the day and no one after dark.

Review 11：Great spot right on the main waterway in Giethoorn, but 100 m or so beyond the most crowded part. Appreciated the shed for our tandem bike and the availability of canoe rental, as well as electric boats, right at the hotel. Our room looked out over fields, very peaceful and relaxing.

Review 16：Check-out is early (10 AM) and breakfast ends even earlier (around 9 AM). Walls were a bit thin and could hear children at times in the next room.
Review 17：Comfortable bed, nice accommodating host. Clear view of the surrounding countryside from window and interesting location near good sections of the village. Breakfast was pretty simple but tasty (yogurt, egg, butter and bread were good).
Review 18：We booked 2 rooms however when we showed up they mentioned we canceld one of the rooms therefore a room was unavaialbe. They allowed us staying together in one room by paying the charges for 2 rooms but this is very strange as we did not cancel the other room at all !!
Review 19：Breakfast could have more varieties. Hotel restaurand was closed as was off season. Though Owner was kind to offer breakfast(part of the rate)，there were mainly different sort of bread...Apart from this I had absolutely nothing to complain about. Will definitely stay again！
Review 20：-Location. Easy to find，just follow the boat track and find the hotel at the end. It takes about 20mins by walking but beautiful scenery along the way. Very quiet setting，just off the busy tourist assemblings. -The Owner lady is very kind and courteous who makes you feel home already. She rented her own bike to me at a reasonable price since I requested. -The most spacious room I ever stayed in Euro，yet very cozy and clean. Love the super soft carpet that looks brand new. I stayed at the room upstairs - should be better than living downstairs.

Review 25：We rent the bike from the hotel, and the owner said we can rent it for all day for 10 euro and didn't say the detail and return time. We returned the bike around 10:00 pm and they were very angry and we paid 5 euro penalty.

With luggage and not driving, highly recommended to take a taxi even though it is 25 Euro. Rooms are not air conditioned. Only fan provided for ventilation. Not comfortable during summer.
