Review 1：Staff wasn't helpful, we had a special request for a downstairs room for a disabled person as there's no lift but they put us on the 2nd floor without informing us and drew the money from my account so we couldn't do anything.

Review 7：Excellent location to walk around the Old Town and market square. However, I'd advise your own car if you want to do the thermal pools or visit the nearby castles. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Nearly all seem to speak Polish, German and some English. I didn't have any problems.

Review 48：I was there only for one night stop during my trip. That's why the most important was localization near the bus station. The room is quite spacious and bathroom was clean. The lady from stuff was very helpful and even make our breakfast 15 minutes earlier so we could catch the bus.
