Review 1：This hotel tried to charge us about $192 for a cramped room with a view into the center of the building and a clear thumping of an idiotic disco below. When we went onto booking.com, I was able to get a slight reduction in price, but overall, this was this most expensive, and also worst hotel of our visit to Morocco.
Review 2：Everything. Service is execrable (better to say that it does not exist).Internet does not exist in the rooms. One hour is the delivery time forone bottle of beer by the room service. I was obliged to delay two hoursmy departure in order to get back my laundry. Please do not go there!!

Review 4：The staff: unfriendly, rude, unhelpful, obviously not trained in hospitality or service. The room: air-conditioning was not working, the bed linens stank, the furniture was chipped, the lighting was so weak at night we could barely see anything to pack, the mini-bar fridge was empty, dirty and broken, the shower curtain had mould on the edges. The breakfast: eggs were under-cooked and the sausages were raw, orange juice was not fresh and was clearly from a cheap concentrate, buffet plates were dirty with grease stains, quite possibly the worst hotel breakfast ever. The cost of the airport shuttle: 300 dirhams per person!!! You're better off staying at a much nicer hotel in the town center and negotiating with a grande taxi for 150 dirhams per person. The location: in the middle of a highway with no access to any public transport and very few taxis drive by. The star rating: this is NOT a 4 star hotel- the rating is clearly a lie- this is more like a 1 star hotel.
Review 5：The staff is not friendly... Even though it says in Booking that the hotel accepts AMEX; they firs stated that they do not accept it and forced me to pay in cash. When I said I am leaving; they said they will try and luckily!!! it worked.... It took them 1 hour to prepare the invoice while checking out... Even though it says in Booking that there is Wifi in the rooms; there is not... They said I can connect with cable and they said in the check-in that the cable is in the room which was not!!!! When I asked them to send me a cable; it took 30 minutes to send the cable... Thus; I will never stay there again and do not recommend it all!!!!!
