Review 1：Location that between Airport and City but you need to have a car. I think it is great for business trip or just overnight before you leave to airport or Samui.

Review 2：Far away from the city. Very difficult to acces by walking. Would help a little bit if the receptionists could speak more English to help us with taxis, transfers, etc.

Review 3：We only spend one night, as we took the very to the islands next day. Not more for one night. At lest there is s big shopping center 5 min walking.

Review 5：The room is comfortable and clean,but may have a little bit of noise from the maid cleaning the adjacent room in the late morning hours.

Review 6：We were travelling from Malaysia on the sleeper train that gets to Surat Thani station just after midnight and heading to Ko Samui the next day. We just needed somewhere close to the station (actually in Phun Phin about ten miles from ST) that had a family room for two adults and our young kids (4 & 6). The hotel was perfect. It's new, clean and ideal for a short stop over. We had two interconnecting rooms including breakfast for fifty pounds. There are taxis waiting 100m to the left as you walk out the station and it's still busy even at night. The jouney takes about ten minutes cost us 200 TB. The hotel staff were helpful on arrival even at that time and our kids were asleep again in comfy beds and aircon room within an hour of leaving the train.

Review 9：Restaurant for breakfast suppose to be open at 6:30am. Though opened on time no food were ready until 6:55am. I waited for 25Minutes only 3 dishes were displayed and I left to catch my train in hurry without eating. Location is very remote. No Restaurant close by. Good hotel for transit. Not for Surat Thani exploration. Taxis in those area rip you off.

Review 11：Service mind is unsastisfy, especially cashier and reception, Not clear answer (In Thai). I think they don't like guest from internet booking.

Review 13：Not very friendly staff at reception. Very poor breakfast with terrible coffee and cold dishes.. god thank there is Boncafe on the other side of the street. Far away from the city only close to Central Plaza shopping mall.

Review 15：No other options for Muslim and halal food in the hotel. The hotel should at least consider to add halal food in the menu. It was sadly we only able to have bread for breakfast although the price we are paying is the same as others. There is not even an option for boiled egg. We are dispointed on that.

Review 54：Ants in the room, at the breakfast table. We also asked for a cab to take us to the airport- after a looong time it come a car. Not what we asked for, a spacious cab so we could all fit. Nope, a small one so U hade to sit with the luggage in U'r knee. And they also wanted a overprice over and beyond. The driver paid the hotel for being called out... Wouldn't recommend this for no-one. And their knowledge in english is poor...

Review 56：The fact that its miles out of town and has a name very similar to a hotel in town. Very few tuk tuk drivers new where it was. Also they don't retain any transport so walking along an unlit highway with no footpath just to get anywhere is quite scary. Should keep a tuk tuk to hand

I guess they did not understand what we was asking for. We missed our boat. Then they even were not able to located the hotel on the map. We ask for a touc touc and the groom took a commision of 100% of the normal price on it. We have been very desapointed with the service that is not the one expected in a 4 stars hotel.
