Review 1：Rate is too high for the facility, because its more like a luxury apartment than a hotel. However compared to other Luxury hotels facilities are not sufficient for the price.

Review 2：Location is great and close to the Main Shopping Hub & restaurants for food lovers. Everything at a walking distance. The staff was very cooperative and offered complimentary breakfast (though after some bargaining). Hotel was Clean. Owing to Law & order situation in country, security arrangement was very good

Review 3：One minor complaint and that was the piped music in the main areas of the hotel could be heard in our apartment, however when we complained they did switch it off.

Review 4：I loved this apart/hotel, the apartment itself was excellent with everything we needed. The bonus was having services of a hotel like daily cleaning and 24 hour room service. Location was perfect.

Review 5：Lots of auguments after they downgrade wihtout changing room charge. Staff served studio instead of 1-bed room telling that was 1-bed room. Complained, but no professional solution. Totally been cheated.

Review 16：Very convenient location with in 5 minutes walk to shopping hubs of Lahore and all the good restaurants. Staff is very helpful and courteous and they go out of their way to help customers. Spacious rooms, tastefully furnished and very comfortable beds. Good Wi-Fi connection in rooms (we stayed in two different rooms and both had good strength signals) Good generator backup in a city where there is regular power disruption through out 24 hours.

They were struggling to find a car/taxi in less than 1h at any time of the day so it was hard to move around, the reception was always busy and unreacheable on the phone, and worse: the hotel couldn't even check us out the morning we left so we had to wait and almost missed our plane!

Review 43：Lighting wasn't very bright. No airport transfer even though they publish that such a service exists. After Midnight staff are not trained properly. One lady in reception was not trained to speak the appropriate phrases over the telephone. TV is not viewable from the bed. Phone number is wrong in google and booking.com. No breakfast or dining hall.

Review 46：when I make the booking I was expected to get studio with bedroom with the facilities of five stars hotels but for my surprise I fined what they offer me apartment with two master bedrooms equipped with nice two bathrooms , and there are other toilet in the entrance the living room was so nice and comfortable at all the apartment was so clean and new furnished in short words it was excellent
