Review 1：Breakfast could include local tates

Review 2：The room was very big and clean. we stayed with our 6 month old son, and room was big enough for his bed and trolley as well.

Review 3：Not all the rooms are non-smoking. Theremay be some problems with organizing cleaning, after check-out we were accompagned to our room, told that it was ready but it was not and the cleaning was ongoing. We were quickly moved to another room.

Review 4：Location was fine, most of the attractions was a short cab ride (~11-15 TRL) or approx 20 min walk. Just around the corner of Bayazhan, very easy access to hotel after a dinner/drink there. Staff was good and friendly, there was no problem. The room was good and clean except the fact that it was smelling definetly of smoke. Other than this, the room was very nice, on the upper floors (5th and 6th are so called VIP, but not sure the lower rooms are any different or not).

Review 5：A five star hotel should serve fresh orange juice. The variation could have an uplift aswell. Missed the turkish breakfast and special turkish pastary.

Review 6：The room is very well appointed and you can clearly see that the housekeeping pays attention to the detail. Sound insulation is excellent. Never had such a quiet room anywhere else in the world before. After relaxing in the steam bath downstairs, I had a great night sleep. ウォシュレットは直撃OK。繁華街から至近で欧米タイプのクオリティーを求めるならここ１択。

Review 7：AC was poorly functioning internet in the room was very poorly covered and breakfast was rather basic for what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. despite having swimming pools, gym, and sauna; none was open the first three days of my stay and when it did open, opening hours where between 14:00 and 22:00 .. so no morning exercise or swimming which again I thought was rather strange.

Review 8：nice layout, good location, friendly staff did their best to help despite their linguistic difficulty. I wasn't charged for phone calls to Istanbul which I thought was a bonus. very clean. good value for money in my opinion

Review 30：I enjoyed the location, the peace and quiet in the hotel, the cool (as in nice temperature) rooms. the atmospheric lighting, the friendly and professional staf and the taxis right outside the door. I didn't make it to the spa but maybe next time! A beautiful city, a wonderful climate and great food!

Review 31：1. this hotel may be 2 stars or maximum 3 stars 2. it was very hot and when we opened windows outside was very noisy 3. very dirty 4. breakfast very limited 5. the first 2 ladies i met at reception were very and rough rude and also men but only one girl with long yellow long hair she was very helpful and kind ( i don't know her name) 6. the hotel in real is completely different 7. i don't recommend it for any guest الفندق ردئ جدا النظافة تعيسة الكادر غير متعاون الفندق ممكن يكون نجمتين او اذا بالغنا ثلاث نجمات وليس اكثر انصح الجميع بالبحث عن الفنادق بدون نجوم لانها لا تحتوي على خمر ولكنها فعلا جدية ولكن حسب نظام السياحة في تركيا فانهم يعتمدون توفر الخمر لاعطاء النجمات

Review 33：It was a holiday, so the fitness center and the spa were closed for a period of 4 days. This should not be the case for a 5 star hotel.
