Reviews for Palau Royal Resort

Review 1：-We stayed 2 nights before and 1 night after a scuba-trip. The first room we stayed in wasn't comparable with the second one. The first room looked old, old-fashioned and wasn't really clean (i.e. yellow/brown stains in the bath) (Room #401). The second room was clearly newer and more modern. This room reflected much more our expectations. (Room #323). If I new upfront about this difference I would have asked for a different room the first stay.

Review 2：-The pool and beach of the hotel make it a very nice and luxurious destination - Rooms have all amenities you can expect in a hotel in this range - Staff friendly to help - Location of the hotel was perfect for us, although not in walking distance of the center of Koror. There are nice restaurants close to the hotel with very tasteful food.

Review 7：Huge difficulties with internet. Only paid wireless connection, 20$ for 10 hours (single device). However, it was extremely BAD, automatically disconnecting every 10 minutes and requiring to introduce your card information each time. Absolute nightmare.

Worst management and staffs need s better hospitality training. Not recommending this hotel at all.
