Review 1：Because I arrived from midnight flight and a changed schedule, I looked to book a room online 15mnts after my arrival in Eindhoven bus/train station. On the website it said I could come to the hotel ANYTIME I want, so I did. It said I would stay until the next day, but the hotel told me I had to pay full by staying half day, meaning the next 10,5 hours later! Great disappointment and a misleading statement from the website. Last, my boyfriend who is a resident of Netherlands got charged with the extra tourist tax while the lady didn't even bother to ask if we're both were tourists. Not fun memory and will not consider to stay there again next time I visit Eindhoven.

Review 4：The receptionists were very polite and helpful. I mostly liked the closeness of the hotel to the no-car shopping area and the Einhoven train stattion.

Review 5：The beds have awesomely good quality. The best I had in many years of travelling! It is in a rather quiet area (as opposed to the central Market or Station area), so, good sleep, but also close enough to the center.

Review 10：My 3rd time here and the location of the hotel is brilliant and for the price you can't go wrong. What's more, they are clean, modern and friendly! So don't think twice when choosing this hotel because they are everything (so sell out on rooms very quickly). THUMBS up from me!

Review 11：Some of the basic things like tissues were not available in the room and some stuffs like tea and coffee were not charged before our arrival. The room was cold and strangely the staff did not know how to operate the heating system in the room.

Review 13：Two very small things, as it really is an excellent hotel. Lighting is very dim in the room. Even though the main light creates a beautiful pattern across the walls, it still doesn't offer much visibility. There was holes in our towels.

Review 22：The beds were too soft and you literally "sank" in them-personal preference. Maybe the bar next to the hotel kept the music a bit louder (we stayed Saturday) so only that I would concider a disadvantage.

Review 37：There was an electric kettle in the room, and an assortment of teas and instant coffee: the staff replaced it everyday when cleaning. Big, comfy bed. Luminous room with a simple but nice decoration. Good location: in the Bergen district - quiet area- but 5 minutes from the center (so you can walk either direction) and close to the station and some recommended places like the Witte Dame (visit CoffeYou on the first floor!) Nice staff: I had an earlier check-in after asking for it.

Review 38：Polite, hepful staff, convenient parking space, clean, comfortable. The italian restaurant "attached" to the hotel was a really important plus. Easy walking distance to the main train station.

Review 65：Staff were also managing the restaurant next door therefore it was quite difficult to get hold on someone. In addition it would have been nice to give a tour around the room because certain things were not easy to figure such as the lighting because we had to swipe the card and leave it in the slot in order for the lights to work (which we had to figure out on our own). It would have been nice if new/clean cups were provided every day. Being English I need to have a cup of tea every day.

Review 66：The location of this particular hotel is a bonus as it is a 10 minutes (from train station) walk through town. Also the interior décor and the design was immaculate and more beautiful then on the actual website. Staff are very friendly and it is a clean and up to date hotel. To conclude I loved this hotel and I think it is worth every penny. Would I return, I certainly would!
