Review 2：The hotel was really clean, quiet and the receptionist helped straight away to get our next trip in order. The bed was amazing, I slept so good! The bathroom was big, there was a balcony, huge space for all your things. Loved it

Review 10：Smith residence is a wonderful place to stay at. The room is very big, it has a large bed (mattress is a lil bit hard) power plugs on both sides of the bed (and many more elsewhere in the room) ac, tv and a refrigerator. The bathroom is also big, has hot water supply and was very clean. The staff of Smith are very helpful. A boy at the reception really took time to explain to us how to get to the pier and offered to call a tuk tuk in the morning to bring us to the bus station (bus station is approx 5-10min ride, costed us 30bht pp) I only stayed here for 1 night because i went to the islands but if i would have stayed longer in suratthani i would definitely have stayed at Smith Residence

Review 14：Arrived late but the gentleman on reception was most welcoming and gave good instructions on security of hotel. Recommended restaurants close by. Most of all he spoke perfect English.
