Review 1：No breakfast, room carpet dirty. shampoo carpets please! Knocked on the door 10 MINUTES BEFORE check out time, to warn me to check out at 11am.

Review 5：The staff! The maids! We were there for 7 nights and only had our roomedcleaned/serviced twice. I complained to the manager to see if wecould get a discount or comped room but they said they couldn't doneither because the prices were already set. If I were a manager at thishotel, or any for that matter, I would make my customers happy so thatthey would come back or recommend us to future travelers. The maidsnever changed our sheets the entire time we were there. For $133 pernight I would not recommend this place ever!! Oh and another thing theyhad charged us twice for the same room and they did end up voiding thetransaction but ended up locking me out of our room by the time we gotback to the hotel. They should have left us a note instead of locking usout of our room since I had my hands completely full and had to walk allthe way down 3 flights of stairs to go to the office just to sign avoidtransaction slip. Completely unnecessary and stupid!

Review 7：Everything was fine. The only thing we can complain about is the fact that the bed sheets were not entirely clean and there were a couple of holes in them after the cigarettes.
Review 8：Staff was very nice and very helpful, especially one receptionist, whose name I don't know ( but she wore glasses). She let me use her computer and print off the flight tickets.
Review 9：Room was dirty, found baby bottle from previous people made me wonder if the room was even cleaned between guests, bugs flying around room and could feel bugs crawling on us while trying to sleep. Pillows were poor quality,and felt like sheets were not clean, bed was hard.
Review 10：The staff. Especially housekeeping, was told on numerous occasions I would have to wait for fresh tiles since I was a stay over. Wait what? I don't understand how yu differentiate the two. If I have things to do, I need to shower, not wait until 1 or later as I was repeatedly told. Another thing was being accused of smoking in the room basically from the time I checked in. And although I am a smoker, I always smoked on their teeny balcony the room did provide.

Review 12：I had to have an early check in for my ill mother, who was arriving at LAX at 8:00 am. Normally you cannot check in early at most hotels, but the staff here was most accomodating. My mother was allowed to go up to her room and rest as soon as she arrived. It was a blessing as my mother is very ill . Thanks again Garden Terrace
Review 13：The Jacuzzi did not work the way we thought it was going to, yes the water was hot and filled up very fast, but the jets did not work. I was a tad annoyed since I spent all that money and the Jacuzzi jets did not work.
Review 14：I really enjoyed the room. From the amazingly big bathroom, to the floor space. The bed was comfortable, and the balcony and view were very nice. I would recommend this room to other people, all of my friends were pleased I choose that place.
