Review 1：Staff were very young and lacked experience and customer service skills, food in evening resteraunt was very poor (although breakfast was fine), tv remote did not work and when I asked for it to be fixed nothing happened)

Review 3：One wing at hotel is supposed to be renovated. The room we got wassituated in that wing is very old fashioned but called as standard. Itcompletely doesn't fit the rest of hotel. It looks like motel roomand is highly overpriced. Hotel informs that internet is avialable insome rooms. That wing was out off service. Exploration of area was donewithout any information (no help from hotel stuff).

Review 5：The information about Hotel Cieplice on the website is totally incorrect: a) it might be 1.5 km from a railway station but it implies it is 1.5 km from Jelnia Gora railway station - it is actuall 15 km from that station. b) on its ad it says the hotel can accommodate many different languages - this is totally untrue. Staff could only speak Polish. Two complaints about service: 1. I waited at least 1 hour between getting a menu and having my order taken - not the fault of waiter who was very busy - need more staff in restaurant 2. there was no hot water for shower in the morning. This is unbelievable!! Not only was there no hot water, but no-one informed me there was no hot water, no-one answer phone at reception when I tried to find out what was happening, no-one responded to my urgent emails trying to find out what was happening. I was reduced to going to reception in my pyjamas to find out and then reception manager and I had to use Google translate to work out what was going on. (She told me that the city controls all hot water and it has cut off hot water to whole city so it was a city problem). For me a hot shower in the morning is as important as a bed to sleep in - this was totally unacceptable. I certainly would not recommmend this hotel - ever - to anyone.
