Review 1：It is a hostel. Cheap, not comfortable equipment. Could be cleaner. Toilets and showers are outside and only two toilets and showers for the whole building! Loud as well! And not so close to the city center. For this price one can find much better hotel!
Review 2：The only one thing, mentioned by others too, is that the towel could be bigger :) thats it.
Review 3：I arrived around midnight and had to pick up the keys from a pub, from a lovely lady. The room is budget, but it has everything, its spotclean, it has all facilities that you would need, it was very cold outside so I appreciated the heating which after I turned on heated up the whole room in five minutes. Absolutely no noise from neighbours, shops and bus stop in maximum five minutes, airport twenty minutes. It's perfect. I will stay always here when catching an early flight.
Review 4：The reception was closed when I arrived , and I had to pick up the key in a pub full of people, get tired and dragging your luggage between the people and wait 15 ' to be heard by the one worker and was long. My room was at the pavement where they were from all street noise

The shared bathroom and toilet was in one room, so at busy times, I can imagine people have to wait, but on our visit, we had no problems, and it was a spotless facility, just a couple of metres from our room.

De Gaper on the other side made the best meal I had on my 11-day-trip across Europe. I could even connect to the hótel WIFI from there! Thats how great it was!

Review 50：I happened to be there on the 26th of april, the so-called "orange night", the evening before the king's birthday. Enormous noise of bad music from the square, windows were reverberating. Impossible to sleep till 1.30. I had to get up at 4.15 to catch my flight. Staff knew this, but did not warn me.

Review 68：Outdated TV, Very Small towel (Not enough to dry your whole body). I advise for the guests to bring their own towel. Small single body soap provided. No shampoo. No hair dryer. Noise from outside and adjacent rooms are audible. Stinky toilet and bathroom (they have to improve the cleanliness in the shared facilities like these), soap not provided in the toilets. Very narrow staircases.

Eindhoven railway station is 5-10 min walk from the hotel. I've been in this hotel 3rd time and I have no doubt which hotel I have to chose next time going to the Netherlands - Budgethotel de Zwaan. Highly recomended.
Review 77：The location is excellent. Very clean and cosy room and facilities. Very quiet hostel. The staff is very helpful and flexible. You can check in early if the room is available. They provided me with the European plug as I forget my plug converter, it is a small thing but it tells that they care with details. The WIFI is fast and working in rooms.
Review 78：Great location, great staff, great deal. Look no further, if you need an affordable option extremely well located in Eindhoven, you found it. Bear in mind this is not your "hyatt" hotel, if that's what you are looking for, then know it will cost you accordingly. Don't expect it a 200 euro room for a tenth of the price. Nevertheless, it is a great place, I do recommend it and would stay there again for sure!
Review 79：Reception is open limited hours. Can be issue for somebody. Walls are thin and you can hear tv, voices or toiler/shower through them.
Review 80：Budgethotel is located in nice area with restaurants and bars near it. You can also buy some local market food near and couple of meters from Cofeeshop (tourists can't enter). I came sooner before check-in and my room was already prepared. Thanks for that.

Review 97：Yes I ordered a non-smoking room, and yes I got a non-smoking room. But in reality, I smelled smokes everytime I open the door room, and when I sleep I still smell the smokes from outside of the door. That was a really annoying experience for smoke allergics like me. Please notice this.

Although I could connect for the first time when I was at lobby, I couldn't connect to the WiFi anymore (with the suggested password) when I entered my room. Refrigerator was provided but not for electric pot. It was very difficult to contact staff because the office time is 11:00-19:00 on weekday (not 24-hour front).
Review 99：Staff was very helpful. The location is great and not so far away from the train station. It was also easy to get the local bus because the hotel was situated near to the bus stop.

Review 105：Budgethotel de Zwaan was conveniently located near the rail station and on a quiet side street. The rooms were basic, simple yet perfect with a sink and small desk and arm chair. The shared toilet and shower was clean and we never had any concerns with sharing with other guests. There was a deck at the rear for anyone who wished to smoke or star-gaze. Our windows opened fully and looked-out onto to a quiet residential street. The staircase was typical of Netherlands canal houses: steep and curved, but we liked that!
