Review 1：Elegant and luxurious, in perfect location next to ocean. Especially pleasant if you have a room with ocean view. The staff is extremely polite and helpful.

Review 2：The shower was lukewarm. In the bar they told us they made excellent martinis, but they made them with sweet vermouth and they were awful. Simply awful.

Review 21：Great customer service above and beyond (example on our 2nd morning realizing we had to leave by 4:45 am and would miss the breakfast buffet we had paid for, I asked for room service tentatively hoping no extra charge for this....restaurant manager coordinated room service no extra charge....voila delicious hot cheese omletes, hot cafe au lait, fresh squeezed oj, three kinds of fresh bread, five kinds of sliced fresh fruit....even the sweet n low for my husband, as requested!

Review 36：Room with a balcony and ocean view thanks to an upgrade from the wonderful front desk staff, particularly Said who took great care of me. Inclusive breakfast had an incredible selection. I had dinner twice on the terrace. The well priced food and service were excellent.

Review 39：The AC in the room was not working upon arrival, after several attempts to fix it, they got it working but we had to keep the balcony door shut for the AC to run. Also, as I was changing clothes a man walked into our room because the lady at the desk rented the room out to him after giving us the key and booking us in the room. They were very apologetic for what happened. I just wonder if we had not been there and this happened would the guy have robbed us???

The answer was yes and i got one from the bar.I had one of the porter chasing me up around the corner in the taxi asking me to pay the 2 euros !!!!! I looked like a prt but who cares ! Bizarre attitude for 2 euros and a product cost of around .15 centimes of euros !

From the moment we were greeted bythe men at the door to collect our luggage and take care of us, to theManager (Hassam) who also very quickly took us on a private tour of thewhole hotel to show us all their facilities. Then he arranged a poolside rest with traditional Moroccan tea. It took time out of his verybusy day to do this, but the effort was very much appreciated. It is abeautiful hotel with many options for every age. Every single employeetreated us like royalty. We had never been in Morocco before and were abit nervous. Hassam and many of his staff gave us tips on what to do,what not to do, how to get there, arranged transportation, etc. I highlyrecommend this hotel for travellers. It has an excellent location on theocean and about a 10 minute cab ride to the Hassan ii Mosque which is amust see for all. Take the tour and hear the history of this mosque.They are very welcoming to North Americans and all religions! It waswonderful!

Review 78：Casa is not a great place to relax. It is primarily a working place. It is not the business capital of Morocco for nothing! Don't expect to relax on the beach. The locals use it to play football. Impressive sight on a Saturday and Sunday morning but don't expect a beach holiday.

Review 79：The hotel is well located on the corniche. We had a very enjoyable sea view. Breakfast is very good. All nicely laid out and fresh produce. Nice restaurants and bars at our doorstep. About 25 mns taxi ride from the city centre and mosque. It could be done quicker but the traffic around Casa is pretty horrendous. Taxi fares are cheap though and like the locals overall very friendly.

Review 80：The hotel was dirty. The carpets have never been washed or hoovered you could smell the dust. The walls are dirty and broken. The rooms are small, the bed and pillows uncomfortable. I was there with a friend and on our way out for dinner we noticed a dodgy croud in the salon. Overall I wouldn't go back there if it was the last hotel available

Staff give you the feel you're with your family. one guest lost his money outside hotel so everyone took care of him and I saw a bellboy offering him to stay with him at his home if he can't afford the hotel. food is great here and Seaview is great. hotel location is super and next to Casablanca's newest mall. I recommend this place with no single doubt.

Review 134：While searching for the elevators I stepped into a water feature and almost fell head first into it. This foot deep pool is built into the floor and has no barrier around it. Because of this exposed hazard, I cannot recommend this hotel.
