Review 1：We had booked two cabins. I had asked for the same cabins as last year. Ended up across the road but these did not have dining table and chairs and found that bar stools were not good for eating off especially with the grandchildren. The bedding arrangement had one child in the main bedroom where as the other cabins the previous year had bunks in the 2nd room.

Review 2：Close to the beach and other facilities.

Review 3：When I booked that particular villa via internet it indicated that it would have its own washing machine. It didn't. It would have Free wi-fi internet i was UNABLE to connect at any time during the stay. The bunk beds didn't have much room for my teenage kids to move and mattress uncomfortable. Kids found old stale biscuits between the mattress and base in a couple of bunks. Walls had dirty marks when we got there hoping owners didn't think we did this. Bathroom and shower way to small. BBQ sitting on edge of veranda chained to railing when rains unable to move it into centre of veranda very far still getting wet, may be could use a canvas blind in front to stop some of the water. Villa could use a mop and bucket to mop up spills and general dirty areas it did have broom and dust pan but could use a mop. lounge low to floor and not very comfortable when sitting 3 adult size body's plus having a guest overnight. Gas oven not lighting to the way instructions say needed to get on call supervisor to come and show how to start, automatic starter not working needs to have different written instructions saying the gas lighter is required to start it. It may sound like a lot of whinging but to me the first two things were a couple of the decider things required when choosing where to stay. And because of my family's situation and we each needing a holiday I spent extra money to book a "fancy" villa than I had planed because it read really well to be able to get a home away from home in this one place but it being at the beach.

Review 4：Loved the veranda going around two sides of the villa. Having nice big outdoor table and chairs setting. Having a good size kitchen. Large enough WIR very nice and practical. Main bedroom comfortable enough.

Review 5：A 2 seater lounge to use for a week. Needed at least a 2 and a half seater. Fortunately neither of us are large people. Size of the lounge - most inappropriate .

Review 6：Spotlessly clean and old world style cottage with some modern bedding.

Review 7：Upon arrival the very basic apartment smelt musty and stale. Rooms very basic ie only a bed in a double room - Bethroom came complete with previous guest used bar of soap! Wifi didn't work - extremely poor apartment with Lino flooring and extremely dated circa 1970's... Didn't look like the pictures advertised.. Extremly disappointed.

Review 11：2 hour delay to check in with a 4 month old baby on a 40 degree day and no where to go. We asked for a discount and got no response. Cabin was extremely hot.

Review 13：The air-conditioning unit in our Villa was too small to cool down the living room. With all the windows and doors closed, the air-con's and room's temperature never dropped below 29 degrees. Needles to say, we were very hot. As a family travelling with young kids that need to sleep during the day, we were very unhappy with the cooling system. The kids were unable to sleep due to heat. Additionally, the bedrooms did not have any type of celing fans. It was very hot in the Villa during the day. I wouldn't stay here again during summer.

Review 14：The cabin was a bit old and musty, although it was very clean. Had a problem with ants everywhere too.

Review 16：Location and accommodation were fantastic. The kids had a great time and were kept busy using all the park's facilities. Club across the road, everything within walking distance. Good kitchen in accommodation, villas are a good layout with balcony.

Review 17：Great location. Friendly staff. Our Castaway Villa was spacious enough for 2 people. Comfortable bed and excellent choice of pillows, so we didn't have to use our own we brought with us. Will definitely come back to the resort in the future.

Review 31：I've been to the Coachouse Marina before & love the cosy little self contained cabins. It's quiet, convenient, clean a nice outlook.

Review 32：The cabin we stayed in was awesome and cheap. Everything was clean and tidy, staff were friendly and very welcoming. The park was quiet at night time. Very peaceful and overall I will be going back there everytime I go to Batemans bay. I recommend this place to anyone.

Review 33：The customer service was excellent, we had to cut our stay short due to a death in the family, the staff upgraded our accommodation to make up the difference in price due no refund policy because of the late notice.

Review 34：Sitting area in cabin was old worn and uncomfortable. The cabin we stayed in needs an update smelt musty and the shower is miniature . There was a truck with what we assumed was filled with rubbishy. This wafted in and out of cabin all day. I would also be cautious of certain areas that children had access to they were not safe ?

Review 36：Poorly designed speed humps. I acknowledge there is a need to keep the speed down but these can cause damage to the cars even at VERY low speed. The bedroom does not have a window; the door with no insect mesh is not useful.

Review 49：Lovely location and accommodation & friendly staff. We enjoyed fabulous weather while we were there and were in shorts and singlets each day! The kids really enjoyed the kids meals at the restaurant & movie night on offer and the pool! We also enjoyed a hit of tennis & boogie boarded at the beach which was only a hop skip and jump away. The waves were big enough to have fun without being dangerous! The kids were on their scooters & skateboards in our downtime and there were lots of other kids around doing the same. There were bike tracks into town and an RSL across the road. Great family escape!

Review 50：The pool was dirty and paving around the pool was very slippery. The room was are very tied and in need of some updating and had a dirty smell to the rooms. There were nails sticking out from the floor in the front verandas of the cabins.

Review 56：The staff were not very organised and my room wasnt ready at 3 for check in. Had take away from restaurant and when i arrived to pick it up half the order was sitting waiting for me but the other half hadnt been made yet. Staff running around frazzeled waited for the garlic bread which tasted like it had been zapped in the microwave! Not worth $6.50 for garlic bread for sure. The villa was dated and very basic.

Review 65：We had a great start with friendly staff giving us an upgrade in our accommodation. I loved the little gardens and flowers in front of each of the cabins. The whole resort was exceptionally neat and tidy and pretty. We ate in the restaurant and the meal was totally excellent with very helpful staff. They even gave us some decaf instant coffee to take back to our cabin.

Not by my standards- They offered us an upgrade which we did but air conditioning unit was old and took 30 minutes or more to get to 22o - it's the middle of winter at the coldest days on record and she offers us a small electric bar heater! I would have hated to think of our original accommodation if the upgrade was supposed to be a" fabulous alternative"

Review 86：Our double bed mattress was a bit too soft and had s bit of a dip in it, so I had a bit of mild backache. Nothing serious, however a few little things: Curtains and drapes were a bit old fashioned. The free wi-fi is good to have however it is very slow, so a bit frustrating; at times I reverted to using my own data when I couldn't be bothered waiting.

Review 90：Some elements of the cabin are a bit dated. The carpet in the bedroom and the wardrobes didn't feel completely clean - this wasn't a cleaner problem it was just a bit old. I thought that a cafe/restaurant was open on the resort but it turned out it was only on a Friday and Saturday night. It was a fair walk with a 4 month old baby to find a semi-decent cafe. Given there was virtually no one else staying there it would have been nice to be upgraded to a cabin nearer the water.

Review 91：Lovely and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. The walk up to the beach was lovely. I think that in warmer weather it would be lovely location. Even in autumn it was very beautiful and we had a lovely sunset with rainbows.

Review 92：Average comfort. No frills build siting area and floors very cold and not enjoyable to be in after a 15hr day on the road. Perfect for families at beaches etc. Unhospitable for buisness trip. No tv in master to relax on bed. Wont go again on my own.

Review 104：As well as being immaculately clean and quiet this resort is well laid out with pretty landscaped grounds. It is conveniently located within close proximity to town services and has lovely water views across the bay.

Batemans Bay/Batehaven is a fun destination with loads activities for real & middle age teenagers:) fishing, golf, jet skiing, yum dinners, movies, etc...We'll be back!

Review 106：We liked how close we were to the water and was able to enjoy our stay just the kitchen needs to be updated with new utensils and a new oven would save dramas .. but other than that we had a great time and would come back again.. :)

Review 107：For a cabin that sleeps 8 it certainly wouldn't accommodate 8! Only one two seater couch and a chair. No pantry space. Small fridge which is need of replacing as rubber seal hanging off and dragging on the floor.

Review 110：This was a stopover for us onroute through to Sydney. After a very long drive the pool was great. The shower was also excellent and the bed very comfortable. Out of a group of 4 we all said we wish we could have stayed a few days!

Review 129：Speed humps that hurt your back even at slow speeds and when you're way down the back it's a problem. Cockroaches. Noisy workmen slurping beer and playing footie in the road just outside your cabin. Surrounded by smokers and clouds of smoke. Lights that continually flickered on and off. An advertised free internet that was so slow as to waste time.

Review 133：Room was dated and not what I imagine a four star rating to be. Couldnt use the pool because it only had vertical ladders for entry and exit and because of my arthritis this is not an option. I think pools should be able to be used by all, so some steps into the pool are needed.
