Review 1:Front desk staff. (excluding Executive Check-in). Been here 3 times in the last month and alway a disappointment.

Review 4:Stayed here for 3 nights and had a comfortable stay. Nice rooms and bed and safe is available. Good room service and very nice restaurants on site. Breakfast is excellent. It is a buffet with a wealth of options (Asian/Continental). Booking drivers was easy via concierge. Safety in hotel was reassuring. Would stay here again. Free airport transfer.

Review 5:During the unfortunate earthquake (26/12/15) there seemed to be no leadership from the management. Guests were confused, NO information was forthcoming from the management. The situation was not managed at all. Hate to think if there was a fire how they would manage?

Review 6:Staff were courteous and the security was very evident, which was reassuring. The Chinese restaurant was excellent.

Review 7:Staff tried to offer me rooms that I did not book under the guise of being an "upgrade" saying my choice of executive room was not available. Each time I had to get the duty manager who eventually resolved the issue only to find the room was available all along. Having booked 6rooms for friends and family I would have expected the courtesy of being treated with a little consideration, we had arrived from the airport at 730am and little was done to accommodate us by allowing us to check in early by an hour. Given the money spent and number of rooms, it would have been a small gesture to allow weary travellers to check in an hour early.

Review 8:Beautiful building, atrium is amazing.

Review 9:No view from room as could only see a car park. No kettle in room. Expensive room service. Had to call porter everytime we needed an iron. Very grand hotel but quite expensive so consider how much of your time you would spend there on holiday. Would definitely go back. Hotel refused to extend our stay as all floors were booked for officials from another country. This was very inconvenient as we arrived a day late due to bad weather in london so missed connecting flight.

Review 10:Got a free upgrade. No electricity cut off and good wifi. Good bathroom facilities. Stunning interior in hotel reception. Location close to malls but you had to get a car and cannot walk. Security very good.

Review 14:The Wi-Fi reception in my room was horrible for the four days I was there. I had to call the I.T. guys multiple times. I came for business and it was a bit of a struggle to get a decent internet connection. The I.T. guys gave me a LAN cable but the wall socket was inactive. The primary reason for me to choose PC was because they boast about their Hi-speed Wi-Fi, so this was particularly disappointing.

Review 23:I was having difficulty with an overseas credit card to pay for my hotel bill but Subhani resolved the issue very great ease.

Review 24:Manager Subhani and Shaista, Front desk Waqas and managers at Nadia Coffee shop were extremely courteous, kind and hospitable. They accommodated to our likes and dislikes. The best hotel experience I have had in the world!

Review 34:It takes a long time to get the food after ordering, was at all times. It is not acceptable that the water flows along the walls inside the hotel each time it rains at several places. The hotel is worn, there is ongoing construction work late in the evenings with machines that make noise much. I have stayed in hotels with three stars that are much better. I will not stay at the Pearl at the next stay in Lahore. The reception staff are a bit too cocky attitude, they should remember who pays their salary ...

Review 97:Your staff at front desk, specially cashiers. I was bit unhappy at check-in and particularly at check out time. While checking out, the Cashier was so arrogant and not helping at all. He has no etiquettes of dealing and facing the customers.I was really disappointed. They definitely need training. Staff serving the breakfast behaved weirdly sometimes. No of times I was given a table that was not cleaned and without any tissue or Napkins. Last month I stayed at Marriot for 2 weeks and I paid approximately same room rent They need improvement in some areas but I would say they are far better than PC in every aspect. I am a frequent traveller and has travelled in EU, Middle east, Asia and my above comments are based on my experience. I hope they will help you to improve the quality of your service Thanks

The value for my money was very bad because I requested another pillow and an extra pillow and no one brought me one. I did not know how long my stay was going to to be. Everyday they kept calling me asking "are you checking out" this was very annoying.

Review 107:Hotel car arrangements did not work. We waited for one hour and forty minutes and they did not turn up to pick us up. Reception was unresponsive.

Review 109:1. Why force a foreign Guest to buy a so called 12 year old whiskey named from Murree and is no less than a diluted acid. When I objected i paid Rs.1000.00 plus Rs.200.00 to Return the bottle from which the peg poured was got thrown into the sink. 2. Why in the Bar smoking is allowed and there is no sign outside the Bar saying "Smoking Allowed" 3. Give proper dignity to the guest to Drink. How come a Guest cannot order a drink in His room of his. Choice, but Forced to buy a drink as mentioned in para 1. And told No Bill , no signing , but Cash. How come? Something's fishy somewhere. 4. A very negative point for encouraging Tourism to your Country. 5. Parking haphazard.

Review 111:Very expensive compared to other same quality hotel such as Avari. The room had an old CRT Tv and reception was not that clear either, for such a price the room should have had LED or LCD tv. The room did not have converters to accommodate different plugs of cell chargers or laptops.
