Review 1：The villas are sandwiched between two major roads and there is quite a lot of traffic noise.

Review 2：The room was spacious and we liked having the kitchenette with the sink. It was also good having a lounge in the room. The bathroom seemed to be recently remodelled.

Review 4：Great location, just next to Cataract Gorge and A7 highway and has a great view of Tamar River in the living room of our 2 bedroom suite. The 2 bedroom suite is spacious and very clean and tidy. The guest kitchen is well equipped. The staff is very friendly. Very good value of money.

Review 8：In regards to the room we had it was like an apartment- so plenty of room to move-it needs a fan in bathroom as it mists quite easy and you need to leave window open to clear- it was clean but could do with some maintenance -Being part of our stay was covering a Saturday night- for a couple of hours - i'm not sure where the loud music was actually coming from-if it was from the venue across the road or closer but the windows vibrated- the good thing was by 11.30ish it had stopped completely- dead quiet- we did hear a bit of yelling and screaming but again that tended to stop around the same time- so that was good

Review 10：This isn't any fault of the owners. We just found other guests very noisy and therefore it was hard for our child and therefore us, to sleep.

Review 12：The road noise Freezer was frozen over and could not be used No exhaust in bathroom and lack of door to shower caused flooding of the bathroom floor making it unsafe.

Review 30：As the facility is situated between two busy roads it was noisier than what we may have considered, but certainly not unbearable. Prepared breakfast not available on site, other than make your own in room.Unable to place restaurant charges on room account - had to pay after each dining experience. Only lunch and dinner catered for.

Review 31：The facility as easy to find. Initial greeting at Reception was very friendly, and informative. Location to the Launceston CBD is good, and an easy commute. Great restaurant, happy staff, great food variety.

Review 32：Very tricky road access, lots of one way streets in the area causing lots of confusion first up. Even the GPS chucked a wobbly! Steep, narrow external access stairs would be a problem in bad weather or if one had heavy luggage. Only way up to the top level units.
