Review 1：Very well kept hotel, excellent skilled and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast. Located alongside of big lake - great view! Enjoyable to walk and enjoy the atmosphere.

Review 3：Beds are outright horrible. The springs are 'jumping' in your back. Nevermind luxury, but basic good beds you may expect at any costs of the room. It is a hotel after all.

Review 4：Staff is friendly, but speaks hardly any english. Contrary to other reviews, paying with creditcard is (now) possible.

Review 5：Limited English speaking staff. Staff are unfriendly, unwelcoming and not willing to help. Towels not changed during 4 night stay. Breakfast selection not replenished when finish.

Review 7：1) The bath towels smelled like they were unwashed and rubbed in manure. 2) The staff were unbelievably bad. We booked this hotel because of bad weather and it had a fitness room/sauna and billiards. They didn't tell us the fitness room/sauna were unavailable until we tried to use it. So we asked to use the billiard table. The employee who gave me the billiards balls did not say anything about costs and I thought it was free for guests. After we were done, "oh that will be 15zł." What? Again, there was no mention of costs for the table anywhere. I refused to pay, but not without a fight. After that we went up to our room and changed the Booking.com reservation from 2 nights to 1 night. The next morning our reservation was "accidentally" cancelled by hotel staff so we wouldn't be able to leave a review here. (I'll bet they do this often, which is why they only have good reviews.) Thankfully, Booking.com were nice enough to allow me to leave a review anyway. That's the short story. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Review 9：Breakfast was taste wich choice of dishes; room was small, but nice and comfort (wi-fi signal is good), bathroom was ideal (clean, renovationed). An situation of hotel was comfotable, in the center of Mragovo, near was many cafes, pizzas, restaurants ("Stara chata" recommend).
