Review 1：Many years ago, I did stay in this proprety and hated it. But now, after many years of reconstruction, it turned to be a wonderful place. Window views are spectacular, too - this is the tallest building in the world north of Polar Circle, after all - and street noice is non-existing, as the rooms are placed on upper floors (12-16). Totally pleased with everything, including price.

Review 5：Modern hotel, even by western standards. In Murmansk, it is in its own league compared to the others. Breakfast is average, starts late (you can get a snack to go instead if ordered the day before). Helpful receptionists, speak good English. - There is a steakhouse called "toro" across the square in front of the hotel. Go there for dinner, you will not be disappointed.

Review 8：the reception is not signed as such. It has a large fluorescent sign over it saying restaurant and bar. As there are bottles on the wall it's easily mistaken.

Review 13：View of Murmansk from 16th floor room. Excellent breakfast. They offered me an upgrade with late check-out at a reasonable price.

Review 14：Staff is not helpfull. Restaurant service is terrible. We waited 2 hours for dinner and refused the service. The reason is funny. They said: "There are a lot of people in restaurant so we were late." But when we order our dinner there were 6 people. After our order +10 people came and ordered. They got their dinner and finish but we are not !? They sent a bootle champaign and fruit plate for apologise.

Review 16：A guardian asking you to display a hotel card at the entrance really annoyed me. But that makes sense in Russian reality. They are kind of "protecting me" from the outside people. Wish the hotel to hire smart security team.

Review 19：I love love love this hotel! It's definitely a home away from hotel, I felt so warm here from the heating and people :) Great location, close to city center and train station. Comfortable room which is very clean, cozy and smart Friendly and helpful staffs, they even made phone call and contacted travel agency for me, which I didn't expect a hotel would do. Also, an environment friendly hotel! I'll come back!

Review 20：I booked for double bed, but it is not real double bed, it is two bed put together side by side. When I put the sign "please clean my room" on second and third day, but the staff did not clean my room on the third day.
