Review 1：It was old and really dirty the walls were stained and the carpet was horribly stained like its never been clean. I didn't want to touch anything in the room.

Review 2：At least the bed sheets were clean but the comforter was dingy.

Review 9：There attitude was nasty the room we got the refrigerator was nasty when my son open it up it smell like a dead dog. Then the pillows in the couch was nasty. The had a signed that says no visitors which it was my class reunion an my daughter was goin with me so she was upset cause the owner came out fussing with her about no vistor and she was goin with me to my class reunion dinner so i was very upset about that i was goin to find another hotel but the sign they had also said no refunds I really was not happy they will never get my service and i wouldnt refer no one to them there service is awful.

Review 10：The hotel is very dirty, rats fighting over food right outside my room. Rooms smelled so bad, gangster writings in the drawers and closet.

Review 12：When we walked in reception is empty and smelt bad. We had to ring and waited for a while before the wife of owner or manager as us what we want and walked of to get her husband.Owner/manager is very unfriendly and charge us extra even though it was stated in booking is for 2 adults and 1 child. We also requested for a late check out which is 11.30am instead of 11am but he came knocking at 11am sharp rudely telling us to leave and said no more time for us. The room is very old carpet is very dirty and stained but the beds were clean. Bathroom is very old and the shower curtain rail almost fell off and hot water is erratic. Overall would not recommend.

Review 14：I asked for a non smoking room, and he gave me a smoking one. Chairs were dirty,old,smelly, the towels were super old, no iron,restrooms dirty, uncomfortable beds, charge me extra money in cash and didn't want to give me a receipt. It was an awful horrible experience, we left as soon as we could to stay an another hotel. I will not ever ever go back. When I asked Them ifthey offered breakfast , he laught at me and told me To go to Wendy's

Review 16：There was no coffee/tea making facilities in the room Nor was there any microwave It was the only motel during our month long vacation that did not provide these What we would call standard facilities and we stayed in 8 motels during the month Because of this we did not look at the facilities too deeply had we know. That these were not available we would not have stayed there

Review 36：I asked for non smoking room but was given a smoking one. Tiles on stairs were broken, very dangerous. Top bed cover had stains and cigarette burns (this was never changed during my 15 day stay) Staff had poor communication skills, especially the manager and I had a bottle of juice taken from the fridge while I was away during the day.

I was getting married the next day so I just wanted a night to relax but instead was awaken by a screaming lady banging on the walls, doors, and running around. I didn't want to leave my room because I had my girls with me and was afraid for them when it was morning I finally went downstairs and asked what had happened last night I was afraid the husbands wife said "that's their problem" and I asked for a refund from the man but he didn't want to give it to me I wanted to leave he said "if you want to leave leave" how rude no care for the guest safety my first time at a hotel and will be my last horrible place horrible people I suggest you don't choose this as your hotel unless your prepared to deal with rude people craziness at night!!!!

Review 39：Shower pressure was little lower than normal. No on-site washer and dryer but there is a laundry shop around the corner half mile.

Review 45：the place is run down. Graffiti in bathroom and in living room area. Dresser drawer handles were broken off . The cable tv was sub par. The place in general was just dirty.

Review 49：the ONLY thing i can say i didn't like was the initial greeting from the manager/owner of the hotel.. upon arriving to check in he was extremely abrasive & unpleasant.. had my boyfriend & i not been dropped off at the hotel i would of told him to cancel the reservations for 8 days & gone to another hotel.. as it turned out, after the first night, he turned out to be a really nice man.. i realized that his concern was for the good of his hotel but mostly for the safety of his customers.. he is very strict as to who stays in the rooms but w/ good reason.. it keeps out all the people who just want a night to party & make unnecessary noise.. he has cameras throughout the hotel so you can feel safe & secure while staying at the dynasty inn..

Review 50：first & foremost i liked that i got my money's worth & more for a hotel..my boyfriend & i stayed in one of the rooms w/ a spa in it the first night which was very nice.. the rooms are immaculant & very well decorated.. whoever designed the rooms had very good taste... after the first night we moved to one of their value deal rooms, which was only $49 per night.. we stayed for 7 more nights.. the hotel is very quiet, the rooms immaculate, the housekeeping service excellent, a perfect way to get some R&R from the real world.

Review 51：You could tell the rooms haven't had a thorough cleaning by the cobwebs and dusk in the corners. They don't allow you to have guests in the room so your stuck with the 5 English Channels your TV gets.

Review 68：for the kind of place it was it was pretty good. The manager let me check in early and it only cost me 180 for three days. The room was nice. It had a lot of space and always smelled good. The bed was good too.

Review 69：First i arrived at 11:30 and was charged $10 extra. When I first entered the hotel I noticed that there were comforters hanging over the rail so I assumed that it was pretty clean. Well when I got in the room I noticed that my bed was kind of damp, so after an hour of waiting I set back on the bed and noticed that the bed was still wet. I put the cover back and noticed that it was 1large urine stain on the bed. I alerted the manager and told him of this problem they told me that there were no other rooms available and no refund policy was in play. So they came up and flip the mattress, while handing me covers too put on the bed myself. Me and my 9 year old son had nowhere to sleep for the night we slept on the floor. because I have already booked this hotel for 4 nights in advance I was charged an additional night and was placed in the same exact room. The police was called, which so happen to be in the middle of a shift change, whom never showed. I was offered another room which was worse than the first original room. The carpet is dirty, graffiti on the furniture, I was not comfortable so I did not stay in that room either. I when I went back to the manager, and he requested that I go back into the room with urine because thats all he had available. I felt belittled, humiliated, and would never recommend this room to an enemy!

Review 70：I left my passport in the hotel. the staff remain me and send my passport with express delivery to my next hotel, it's great! and the room with a mini garden, it is very special!

Review 71：The staff had a difficult time communicating in English. They missed many small details, like putting a channel guide in the room. I attempted to ask them for one, but they could not understand English well enough.

Review 72：The location was interesting, the room was fairly nice. The hotel is about 20 minutes from the beach, and it is located near some great Asian restaurants and shops. The parking is all in a parking garage, which keeps your car cool compared to parking in the sun!

Review 73：The Indian guy at the front desk was very very very rude.I had a room for two was there by my self for a few hours than the person I was sharing my room with showed up hours later.The front desk guy started yelling and cussing at me talking about I already had some one in the room which I didn't. My friend didnt even wanna stay there anymore because he was so rude

Review 75：The manager was rude. A small mirror seriously fell off the wall when i closed the refigerator door. We went to look for the manager to tell him but he wasnt there. As soon as we came back from the beach he started arguing with me. Telling me i did that on puropse. My kids are small i would never have broken a mirror on purpose where my little ones could get hurt. He then wanted to charge me $100 only in cash and when I asked to speak to the owner he said no.then when we went into our room the mirror and mess was still there. 5 min later the cleaning lady came and asked if we needed any services and we said yes the mirror broke. And she said oh no ill clean it up its happened before. My husband asked her why didn't she clean it in the morning and she said she has been on the bottom floor all day it was only her and the manager there and he was on the top floor. So obviously this manager went into our room while we weren't there and he wanted $100 cash because he wanted to keep the money! I would NEVER recommended this place to anyone.
