Review 1：so many spiders on the balcony!
Review 2：close to gizycko, mikolajki and others, good breakfast with choice of hot food and restaurant menu isnt bad too. Very nice view from room, free sauna and nice pool
Review 3：Spa zone should be maintenanced of and cleaned more carefully. There were troubles with locks in the locker room. Side part of small swimming pool under the plastic grilles had a mustiness. One of two sauna chambers was out of order.

Review 5：During breakfast there was not enough staff to serve guests (1 person while it was weekend with a lot of people due to the Female Day). We had to wait for better rolls but then we chose not so fresh bread. Pancakes were very good but they were disappearing so fast that there was almost no chance to get them. The lady who is probably the boss there should be a bit nicer for guests and mile more! Other people were very nice!

Review 8：The value for money was absolutely sensational. Very nice building with comfortable rooms (ours had balconies overlooking the lake). Fantastic breakfast and great dinners (world-class Zurek and trout!). Friendly staff. The hotel is located in a calmer area of Mragowo but directly next to the lake. A perfect spot for spending a few days, close to many places of interest in Masuria. A real gem!
