Review 1：too small room, need a moderation of the inside of the room and bathroom, ac really too noisy (impossible to sleep with it open) Spa too crowed and very small, dirty water inside the pool

Review 3：- Bedroom too small, barely couldn't fit our luggage - too expensive given the small bedroom - Bedroom floor (1st) below the restaurant, so woke up at 8am with chairs being dragged all over (although it wasn't a great awakening on the 1st day of the year, it served us well because we wanted to go for a little biking before breakfast)

Review 5：Only two small pitfalls: the bedrooms we were given were a bit small (we could barely fit two luggages) and the wifi kept going off.

Review 13：We wrote to them via Booking we will be arriving late. Booking contacted them and wrote back to us it will be ok. I read the email and, given I was on vacation, never looked at the phone again. Turns out the hotel wrote another email via Booking again telling us that, if we want twin beds(we booked double but we wrote in the comment section that we can take twins if possible), we need to pay extra 10 euros. When we got to the hotel the receptionist, without listening to us, kept saying that we should answer our emails otherwise they cannot know what we want/need. He was extremely condescending that is until my woman raised her voice one decibel and made him listen we did not get the second email and we did not know. Later we saw the email in a sea of other emails we refused to read because on vacation. We were given the twin room at no extra charge.

Review 14：The breakfast was very rich with almost all you might need minus the fresh veggies. The room was very quiet and the beds comfortable.

The hotel most probably got their 4 stars because of the Spa. If you dont make use of it there are better hotels for the same price

Review 22：There was nothing that we disliked enough to make very adverse comments. If I was asked what improvement could easily be made with causing the hotel additional expense I would say "Please permit guests to buy a glass of wine in the bar and maybe offer a boiled egg at breakfast". Wine only comes by the bottle and egg is always scrambled which is not to everyone's taste. Also when renewing the pillows order some that do not feel like lumps of cotton wool! However these are only small suggestions......the value for money is excellent and we would be more than happy to make a return visit.

Review 23：The location for us ranged between good and excellent. In a rural setting the hotel is easily within reach of lovely beaches and scenic village towns. The use of a car is vital. The hotel itself is very comfortable as we had an upgraded room on the first floor. The staff are friendly, cooperative and welcoming. There is a great outdoor swimming pool. We did not use the spa or other indoor facilities as we were fortunate enough to have great weather so outdoor was our choice.

Ao contrário das estadias anteriores o hotel estava tudo menos acolhedor. O pequeno almoco também deixou a desejar, nada era fresco. E uma pena que o hotel esteja a perder qualidade porque há uns anos atras era muito bom.

Surprising that no English language channels in the bedrooms (only place we stayed in Portugal which did not) an dthat not all receptionists at such an extablsihment did not have clear English. (But we not speak Portuguese.)

Review 94：We stayed here as our preferred choice was unavailable and we were thusfurther from Nazare than we wanted. Having said this, it was a pleasantan dcomfortbale hotel and location.As birdwatchers, it was a good location an dwe enjoyed teh trail in the nearby woods - even if it was not circular which the map had indicated. It woudl be a plus for the hotel to have a list of birds seen in the woods.

Please note:- Spa services require advance booking and are not included in room rate (excluding special offers)- The indoor pool is part of the spa;- Entrance to the Spa is not allowed for people under 16 years of age and is not recommended for pregnant women;- Hydrotherapy zone includes a relaxation area, whirlpool, pediluvium and Turkish bath (charges are applicable, use must not exceed 2 hours);- Equipment needed includes cap and a bathing suit or bikini;- The opening hours of the spa are from 10h00 to 20h00, except on Sundays when it closes at 17.00.Please also note that Half Board does not include beverages. Children from 0 to 2 years old can eat free of charge and children from 3 to 12 years old are charged EUR 8 per person/ meal.
