Review 1：Staff speaks no english AT ALL. I mean, they've got the essentials to check you in ("your passport please"), but don't expect any kind of help if you need any other info to get around. I needed some help to figure out some bus locations and 5 different people couldn't even understand my problem or solve it.
Review 2：Bedroom is very good, very comfortable bed and pillow and a good bathroom.

Review 5：7-11 a bit far opposite night market 400m-500m away. Hotel should have given information about Saturday night river side market which is about the same distance.
Review 6：Nice roast duck at the restaurant for breakfast & lunch if you are early. Hotel provides express boat transfer to Samui at 300baht early morning and after lunch.

Review 8：Great for an overnight stayed you have a connecting flight as only 15 minutes away from the airport but nothing much else around atall! There is a 7 11 just up the street but that's literally it! There is a shopping centre about 40 minutes drive away and coat 150 baht to get there!
Review 9：I came for 1 night then continued to Donsak Pier. For the room you get good value for money. The Location is great, from the air port the driver in the bus to the city knew were the hotel was and toke me directly to it, also it is just near the minibus station for the Donsak Pier.

Review 11：Location, close to bus station, night market and the river. 7-11 and Family Martin nearby. Room had good size, but was basic and clean. Bathroom had normal size and everything was working fine. Staff was polite. Hotel is good for overnight stay.
Review 12：The staff gave me wrong information about ferry times, which ended up causing me to lose an entire day for travelling! The staff was rude when they didn't understand me, so no, they do not speak English! Even the easiest of questions they couldn't answer properly! Everything in the hotel is in Thai, so it's not suitable for foreigners.

Review 14：a lot of liitle bugs crawling on the walls and furniture and all over the bathroom. Wifi was useless but there was restaurants nearby with good wifi so that was fine.

Review 23：staff does not speak any English. They arranged a taxi to the airport, but when I arrived the driver doubled rhethe price indicated at the meter. When I called the hotel staff to help with the problem they just didn't understand the problem so i ended up paying the double price.

Only one English speaking TV channel (not that big of a deal). The staff didn't speak much English, but we got by. There was not many vegetarian options on the menu.

Daily room service cleaned our room and provided new towels and bedding. Good amount of bedding. Good AC. Complimentary water and water bottle refill stations in each floor lobby. Restaurant conveniently attached.

They'll help you book transportation to any of the surrounding islands (Koh Tao, Koh Samui, Koh Panghan etc.) if needed for a cheap price (cheaper than were were able to find online) The rooms were basic but had everything you need for a comfortable night's stay before heading off to an island. Close proximity to dining both street food, pizzarias, thai restaurants etc. Located pretty much right between the airport and the port so you can split the trip from the airport to the ferry into two parts. Very cheap, excellent value for money.

We were able to book our ferry for the next day to go to Ko Phangan with Songsern for only 400 THB/pp one way, which is cheaper than Lomprayah.

Review 118：No wifi in the room. You need to buy a 100B wifi voucher. It says you need to search available wifi and link to cyperpoint2 first and then use the username and password to do the following procedure. But the problem was in my room it was impossilbe to search cyperpoint while near the elevator it did. Finally the staff refunded me the money. My suggestion is before you buy the wifi voucher, just have a test in your room first.
Review 119：Good location. We stayed at Tapee for one night to catch the next Morning flight. The hotel is about 10 to 15 minutes walk to the bus station. Very close. Only 100B for one person to the airport.

We found a tiny place to eat, but they would not serve us! We think it's because they couldn't speak Englishi!! We left and found our way to the night market. A wonderful old woman, who was a food vendor, saw us and called us over for "Chikum" (Chicken). It was traditional Thai, and very tasty! Back at the room, we discovered that we were facing the street, and it was VERY noisy with traffic-we didn't sleep a wink! If you choose to stay here, get a room away from the street, and bring your Thai dictionary!
Review 127：Night market was ok! We were the only tourists in this area of town, but it was the end of the season! We were told that the tourists that stay generally book in hotels on the other end of town, and most people pass through town and don't stay! Surat Tahani is a pass through town-very little to see or do here!
