Review 3：This has everything old world charm. Excellent unobtrusive service. True fine dining which is a rarity. Really good wones. The Spa is the best I've seen the photos do not do it justice. It is a little more expensive than your average hotel but it is not your average hotel and is excellent value.

Review 4：No safe in the room, no help in hauling suitcases to the room, tightparking especially in the evening, no extra pillows, no coffee maker inroom. Like a typical palace in Poland this place is in a remote villageoutside Jelenia Gora, accessible by car only.
