Review 2：The hotel catered for all I wanted and Denizli it self wonderful and prices very reasonable. Yes I would go again. But the hotel need to put on transfers to and from hotel even if the price has to go on booking price especially late night arrivals

Review 9：1.Too noisy from outside. My room is just in front of the mosque and main avenue. 2.It should be need 20 minutes on foot from hotel to the main bus station(there are buses to other cites or Pumukkale). Otherwise you should take a taxi or on bus(note only local bus card can work, not cash)

Review 10：location is just at the heart of down town. It is very convenient for taking the airport bus to the hotel. Terminal station is just 200 meters to hotel. The staff is hospitality, but can only speak a little English.

Review 15：We got earlier than the check in time, but our room was prepared for us when we arrived and we could have breakfast. Very kind staff.

Review 16：Bathroom was in major need of a fix up. Shower door was cracked so water poured through, and black mold had come up through the sealant. It was a major problem at all, just gave the impression that the hotel are not too concerned with repairs. Toilet seat was broken too.

Review 17：This hotel was very well located, in particular for coming too and from the airport. Catch the BAYTUR airport bus to central denizli. The stop is 200m from the hotel, you will pass it on your way. I didn't spend too much time in denizli, was there for day trip to pamukkale, but felt it was very centrally located. A bit of a walk to the bus station for commute to pammukale and other areas - 20mins. Room was spacious and simple. Good value for what you pay.

Review 18：Though I had paid my bill in cash my credit card was charged again for the bill amount. I had to call them and they have said it is an accounting error and will reverse the charges. Unnecessary bother and inconvenience !!

Review 19：We asked for a very early check in and we were welcomed. Though we stayed only 1 night we were given complimentary breakfast for the second morning also which was a good gesture. I recommend this hotel.

Review 28：Staff doesn't speak English at all, so it was almost not possible tomake 2 way talks....Far from bus stop ( to catch the 3 TR shuttle bus) and it's hard to find people there who speak English although everyone are so kind & try to help as much as they can.

Review 31：Convinient - airport shuttle drops you off 100mtrs from doorstep. 10-15min walk to bus station for Pamukkale mini bus. Very helpful front deskstaff obliged us with an unannounced very early check-in and offered usbreakfast while they arranged our room.

Review 32：First of all the location of the hotel is incredible, you can reach anything you want and try different tastes, when compared to other hotels most of them are outside the city, even if you want to buy a pack of cigarettes you have to drive. Second of all, the staff is very helpful, I went there for business they literally know all the roads and directions in the city which helped me a lot in catching up with my meetings. The last is the value for the money, this hotel with this quality and price its a steal and do not miss it. I highly recommend this hotel to everybody.

Review 33：Personnel didn’t speak very poor English. Our card was charged before weeven checked out. When we asked for some information they send us toTourism office what didn’t exsist… Even we asked for non-smoking room wegot room what smelled after cigarettes.
