Review 1：Very rude staff with no clue about customer service, Manager kept us awake at night by talking loudly on cell phone outside our door, building old and couple having sex upstairs made scary sounds of ceiling falling on us. Paid on line for king size bed and did not get that when checked in. Staff did not speak adequate English to communicate about problems with billing, Extremely rude, Bad overall experience.
Review 2：Manager talked outside our door till 1-2 am keeping us awake. Poor command of English and not able to describe billing issues. Very rude. The review score is 0 and don't know why it's assigned 2.5!
Review 3：The owners are beyond rude. I got into a big altercation with the wife because she didnt want to clean my room,they think they still own your room even though you paid for it. Telling you what to do like theyre your parents. I would never stay here all because of pooor hospitality.

Review 5：The down side is the rooms carpet is disgustingly filthy!! The shower curtain needs to be changed every time you have a guest. This place needs plenty of up grades. It would be a wonderful stay!!
