Review 1：The first place I had contacted is the reception counter and that is the point of dislike.
Review 2：sometimes when you describe the quality of the place,you must customize and qualify that place for a longer period.
Review 3：Hotel staff did not speak or understand English. Rooms without bottled water and toilet paper. Could not explain to staff that we needed toilet paper and bottled water. Someone should tell the hotel what American buffet is if they promote it on booking.com. My wife is gluten intolerant and waiters didn't know what that meant even though if was stipulated. Very disappointed after coming from koh Samui . Pool was getting repaired. Internet was very very very slow. Would never go back or recommend.

Review 23：We stayed here for an overnight stay to catch a flight. We were quite tired from the day of traveling so stayed in the hotel that night, the restaurant was good and cheap with some entertainment.

Review 32：The hotel is old and could use refurbishing. The room (1501) needed a thorough cleaning. The two TVs seemed to interfere with each other - both would come on at the same time and if one was turned off the other would soon follow. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. We asked hotel to order a taxi to take us to the train station, which they did. The taxi was fine but I felt the 500 bhat the hotel charged for the taxi was about twice what it should have been. Hotel collects 1000 baht cash as a deposit on minibar. Refunded on check out so long as you remember to ask.
Review 33：We had a junior suite and it was quite large. Two flat panel TVs, sitting area, robes. Breakfast buffet included; primarily Asian breakfast food, but some English food as well. Not far to walk to Lotus-Tesco center, but down dark street. Another mall close by but difficult to walk to.
