Review 1：Unfortunatly we chosed this hotel by the comments that it is quiet and calm and cosy place. And our experience was bad. Administration of hotel does not care about comfort of guests, they give permission for parties for local people without informing guests and booking.com. Untill 12 in the night we had to listen live music, very very loud because of party. There is no sound isolation at all, walls and doors is like made from paper. And when we asked few time to make music less they did absolutely nothing, no even appologized. So, if you want to get rest after hard working day be carefull with this place, no guarantee. Another thing is breakfast - coffee is just nescafe, assortment of food is small and also 3 of 4 types of cheeses did not look fresh, probably from breakfast to breakfast they use the same few days, we can say the same about butter.

Review 5：1/ stalff ability to speak English language is really limited. Except for the morning staff - evening front desk staff are unable to comprehend even simple requests such as extra towel needed , soap etc. which is a serious issue for non- local traveller. 2/ we wanted to book an day tour of Pammukale. However, the front desk remained unhelpful. Hotel doesn't really go extra mile to help and arrange for the tourists which is a big negative. 3/ breakfast was okay - again language remained a barrier in terms of ordering anything.

Review 6：Hotel lounge is area is very interesting. It's quite comfortable and unique. Overall hotel is neat and clean.
