Review 1：The man who replaced the lady should not be working with people - ever. Bed spread was torn - soaps were not replaced on daily basis and packets were difficult to open. Wifi has terrible conductivity. I needed to use my hotspot

Review 7：I liked the price. I Stayed here for two weeks and only paid 854 going through bookings.com. By far the cheapest stay I found in this area. Staff was extremely friendly. Everyday was peaceful and quiet. Maids was very nice.
Review 8：When I got there he said there was not a single bed available sovI hadvto pay more for a double bed. The room was shabby. The wall paper was coming off all around the room. The bed had hair in it when I pulled the sheet back. The shower looked dirty but it was the shine that came off on the tub. It was not worth what I paid for it.

Review 10：The staff were extremely judgemental they were not helpful at all and they severely affected us when we needed to pay the rent for that day and had nowhere to go with all her stuff and cause this extreme extreme extreme trouble. We are basically homeless until we get our apartment in a couple more days.

Review 21：The Asian Lady that checked me in was very friendly and nice. I have read reviews that she is racist and rude well that is totally incorrect. I am a black male and she was very respectful and nice to me. People were probably just being disrespectful to her. Overall the place was really nice and clean. Really had no issues.
Review 22：I booked a room for four nights while on a job in South Bay. On the second night of my stay, I was suddenly awaken by something bitting me on my stomach and right side of my body under the sheets I jumped up and turn the lights on trowing the bedding off and found a bug crawling off to the side. I,ve seen pictures of these things... it was a BEDBUG!!!! I was denied a refund and the manager refused to ackowledge any responsibility. I,ve since reported this facility to the Health Dpmt.

Upon entering thehotel we faced discrimination from the Asian lady who checked usin....there were two shady looking guys on the street standing in frontof the hotel when we entered the lady the the hotel desk just assumedbecause we were African american like the guys staying outside we werewith them I had to keep demanding to the lady we did not know these menbut she kept accusing us over and over about with being w the shadycharacters just because we were the same race. Then after three excusesto why we couldn't check in she finally honored our reservationsonly cause I started to record her on my video camera. The we hadreserved a double family suite we were given the cheaper double bedroom. We woke up in the morning to a water leak from the bathroom thegot all over our clothes and bags. When we informed the hotel staff wewere just told Tht other rooms had leaks as well received a shruggedshoulder and a closed door it was done to cover the damages to ouritems. The room was way raggedy and with graffiti tagged all over thedrawer bathrooms and etc This a very racist hotel not good if you are aminority race they will talk to you as if they are giving you the roomfor free no one should be treated like this to turn around and givethere hard earned money too ppl like this. This place needs torecognize this is america where ppl of all kinds of ppl play work andbreath if you only want to deal w your ppl or a certain race youshouldn't be in the hotel business I hope no one has to stay atthis hotel and feel what we had to feel staying here because of whatcolor their skin is.... This isn't the 50s where you have a choicenot to sell to blacks smh Because of how they treated us we will neverstayed at this place again same with any business associates, family orfriends Tht an aweful feeling to have when someone treats you badlybecause of the color of your skin

Review 39：Reserved a non-smoking room and was put in smoking room. Carpet, furniture and bathroom seem worn and need of replacement. The hotel maybe 30 years ago was ok. As the carpet, furniture and bathroom has not been updated it is below the level of a budget motel. The ownership is milking the property for all they can get without putting anything back into it. For maybe 10.00 dollars a night a far better should be available.

Review 45：** The room we were in (219) didnt have a microwave or mini fridge. I think the room was the $55 dollar room so I guess those rooms dont come with it. Just make sure u express that u want a room with a microwave and mini fridge (might be $5 more) becuz we had to use the little bucket they give u for Ice to chill our drinks. **The Wi-Fi, while good, isnt too strong. Its perfect for surfing the web or for being on Facebook and YouTube but not good for playing Online Multiplayer Games like The Last of Us for example. **Some of the panneling on the exterior of the bathtub was compromised. It looked like it would come off eventually. **The Bathroom door didnt close all the way and wouldn't lock, so there's that. Nothing that made me wanna leave or get another room or nothing tho.

Review 47：None of the staff spoke English and they were rude when you wroteinformation down.They where painting the floors outside our rooms and 4 of us had paint on our shoes. Drilling and banging started early in the morning as there where several floods in the rooms and the manager seemed to say continually "Don't get stressed out - I will help you, and say you have not a happy face" even when you we where polite. The rooms where Old and out dated and there was ANTS and INSECTS everywhere, the manager gave us a fly spray and it did not help. There was pieces of materials falling from the ceiling and the bathrooms were horrible. I have never been in a more disguising hotel in my life. Not even basic.

Review 51：**There apparently was a spider in our room. It wasnt a big or deadly one it was a small regular size spider. I wasnt even aware of it until the next morning when i woke up with an itchy spider bite on my arm. That night when i went to go shower, I found it in the bathroom and killed it. Problem solved. **In room 315 you cannot change the volume of the tv past 21. It was very odd and annoying idk if anyone else has experienced this.Also the couch in this room is not much of a couch it needs to be replaced with a real actual couch. The bed is comfortable enough though. **I think most the parking spaces in the garage are "compact" and its just a tad bit annoying becuz i have a more of a full size car (94 Lex 3s 300) but the sheer number of parking spaces makes up for it (2 levels of parking). I always found a space avaliable for me to park.
Review 52：**I liked the size of the bed it was very spacious, also the room was very clean as well as the bathroom. **The room has a good air conditioner. **Tv was a nice big flat screeen. Be aware that if u want to hook up your gaming console (ps4 for me), you have to remove the hdmi cable thats already in the back of the tv (it's for the cable channels) and replace it with your game's hdmi cord. Then it'll work just fine no need to change the channel or anything. Just be sure to replace the original hdmi cable cord back before you check-out. **The receptionist is a very nice older lady.
Review 53：Very disorganized,no communication I booked 2 different rooms with 2 diff booking numbers.i went personally to pay by credit cards, my tenants will be the one staying( house being fumigated ) when my 2 nd tenant checked in , she gave the booking no. I gave her, she also gave my name and her name ( it was 1045 pm ) so a guy was on duty, he said there is no room for her. My tenant had to pay again for a room with no air con. My tenant called me when they checked out and told me about tnhis. Also she said it was horrible experience when she checked out, so much chaos. How come receptionist kept saying when we checked that there's no reservation from you and there's no room, but she cont to check as in. A guy was in front of me and he booked thru your co. Too and the recaption its said the same thing too, no reservation from you .Never will I use this property again.
Review 54：ants all over room, in beds, had to buy ant traps. stains on carpet, wallpaper peeling off the wall. when we arrived the courtyard smelled like pee. I am not kidding, this happened 7/19 through 7/27/2015. We were there for the crossfit games and location was very close to stub hub center, but we had no way of changing hotels because everything else was sold out at that point.

That os still ok, but same price for two rooms and as follows: 1st room: air cond ok, no sofa, tv ok, grafitii all over wardrobe, holes in walls, no shampoo cond toothbrush, no refridge. 2nd room: air cond broken, yes sofa, tv locked not working, holes on walls with tissues stuck in them, smell odor, show air broken off, yes shampoo and cond, bed with stains, yes refridge. Asked to change rooms, told no more rooms available. 2 rooms next to us obviously wide open with no one (curtain was open so we knew). Could not believe it. For this we decided to leave and Asked for refund to checkout earlier than initial and got yelled before calling booking.com to do so.
Review 66：The bed was very uncomfortable. We couldn't use the tub because it was out of order. It's in a ghetto area. We had trouble going in because the key didn't work. We decided to check out early because we could not stand staying another night.
Review 67：When when we checked in the male owner was working front desk was very rude did not greet in a friendly all he said to me was I need your credit card to charge for room he did not tell where are room was located and when we went to check out the female owner was working at front was rude I said good morning her reply back was I need key back if I don't have key my credit card would be charged for lost key.I had my key I just don't understand why they were so rude.

Review 78：The cleaning lady went into your room when you're not there. It was my first time staying at a hotel, so I just didn't feel comfortable knowing that someone went into your room, cleaned, while your stuff was in there (valuable or not). Just not a great feeling...
Review 79：The women staff were friendlier than the two gentlemen that worked the front desk. The stay was great! The price you just can't beat, for $50 a night, and right out the door there are tons of restaurants. Overall, it was great, inside was well kept and clean.
Review 80：This place was horrible. manager was in his pjs. He gave us the room key and when we got up there it had no tv, bed was dirty, there was holes in the walls and the furniture was damaged. I called dowN asking about the tv because when i booked the room it said there was a tv with hbo etc. He said that the room did not have a tv and it was the last room And if I didnt like it I could get a refund. So my husband, two children and I left. He never even offered an apology or anything. Just acted like it was all an inconvenience for him. And at 10 at night we had to call around for another room and everyone was jacking up their prices. Over the whole experience was completely ridiculous. Never again.

Review 83：What I truly don't understand about budget hotels is that they could do very well just by cleaning up and maintaining the rooms. I was in room 302 and it was a hot mess with torn upholstery on the chairs, dirt and mold on the walls and ceiling, dirty carpet, and gang tags on the walls, furniture, or just basically everything. I don't care if it is a so called budget hotel. I've seen storage units that looked 100 times better than that room!
Review 84：The bed is comfortable, WiFi is fast and steady and cable TV had all the channels you could dream of...even if the TV was on a timer that turned off every hour.

Review 92：Second night the bed was terrible, the t.v. didn't work at all, I could not use the bathtub because it leaked. My stay on that second night was dissappointing and when I addressed the staff regarding the issues with the room, they did nothing to accommodate me or assist me in any way.

We were given keys to anothercouples room, next door to us, thank god they were not in the room whenI walked in. Parking is too far from rooms and elevator. Stairs are nogood. No microwave in room. Tiny finger-muffins and coffee is out by8:30 A.M. not enough vending machines. Non-smoking smells like methsmokers were in the room. Graffitti everywhere in drawers, scratched onwindows, mirrors, etc. yuck. They wanted a $200.00 deposit by force.There was no mention of that on booking.com

Review 118：The room was nice. I think the king deluxe. The bed was king sized. Theroom had an older television on the desk and a sofa bed with nosheets... And a coffee table. The tub stopper was broken.

Review 125：On the other hand the bed mattress kills you because it is so old it is ridiculous. the pillows are flat and the comforter is so old it has dirt on it that will never come off! The blanket had holes in it that were the size of quarters. The T.V. is very very old. This is just a place to throw a party or just an over night stay. Never longer than a day or two.
