Review 1：Administrator was very rude. I live in Russia for almost 4 years she was one of the rudest persons i have ever met. And it was smelling when i was staying there on the 4th floor but it's not a big deal

Review 3：Staffs are friendly if you talked in Russian. One my dispute in the first day is, I got the room key of 5 bed room and I understand that everyone had room key. When I came back, she ask 300 rubles more because she broke the door lock for other guests. She said that she already reminded me to return the key before going out....:( That's mean the room is never lock! If you want to cook, you have to be allowed by staffs. It's small kitchen for small cooking. Language barrier make they not look friendly. However, if you try to speak Russian, they will be helpful. City traveling information, you could find in internet yourself. They don't have map (or even in Russian) or any information for guests. It's a very nice place just for sleep.

Review 11：The bedding smelled of cigarette smoke. Children ran up and down the hallways and stairs all day and night, every night, yelling and playing.
Review 12：The wifi is free. The staff was quite cordial and works very hard. I would see someone cleaning constantly, this hostel is very hygienic. There is a tv in every room. A bus+trolleybus stop is just up the street.

Review 15：I found very hard time to find this hostel. I arrived in the city center by bus. It was a rainy and cold summer day. I tried to find the hostel following the map in this web-site.I wasted 1 and a half hour with my heavy baggage walking on muddy road to find this hostel and I couldn't see any sign of this hostel. I went to the police asking them for help. with an absolutely no idea about Russian, I used Google translator to communicate with polices. The police helped me calling taxi. I finally reached the hostel and realized that the location the booking.com provide us is wrong. If you plan to stay here and arrive by walking use this location 68.962764, 33.059164 the hostel is on your right. Besides, the location that was the way a little bit far from city center. The bathroom has no privacy at all. The staffs can't speak English. If you going to check-in here. don't for get to print out your reservation in Russian.
Review 16：Value for money. I had been staying here for 2 night, it costed only 1,200 RUB. It was by far cheaper than every other hostels in Murmansk. The room was also great and fully equipped.

Review 19：Pretty basic, dont expect too much but showers & all rooms are pretty clean. Sauna can be rent for 800R/2hours and has a pool.

Review 27：The hostel is situated at the port which means it is about a 15 minutes walk from downtown and in a quite industrial area, but that´s okay if youre traveling in a group and also the area is not criminal or anything, just quite deserted. Also the fact that there is only one shower room (with 4 showers) for everyone might be a problem for some people, but when we were there the hostel wasn´t booked out so it was okay.
Review 28：When traveling to Murmansk this is a really nice hostel to stay at. It is equipped with everything you need and really cheap , so it´s perfect for low-budget tourists. They also didn´t have a problem with the fact that our group arrived at 4.30 in the morning. The rooms are nice and colorful and there are towels, cups, watercookers, mircrowaves, fridges and so on.
