Review 1：I think if the room comes out with free coupon breakfast and welcome drink,the register staff should refer all the coupons to the customer from the day he comes to check in,not to ask again in the morning of the other day.

Review 3：this was, the worst hotel i have ever been. It was cheap, but by the looks of it, in reality, it was very misleading. The hotel is very dated, old, the room smelled like damp, it was a gost hotel because you feld you were the only one on your level. it sad it has a pool, we went out to look for it, what happend was that we had to exit the hotel at the front (with you towel) and then walk about 250 meter (past a deserted carpark) to a local fitnessclub ...with the pool, the hotel said it was theirs...horrible. we didnt even went in because the water was green looking. breakfast was also very pore. for continental breakfast there was only a toaster and some jam... location was also wayyyy out of town.

Review 15：I was the first time at this hotel, while I was several times in Surat Thani. I have used this hotel as a stopover hotel to BKK. The town has nothing to offer and therefore this hotel is a typical stopover hotel. Large outdoor parking space!
Review 16：The next morning we were travelling on to the pier to take a ferry to the islands, from the hotel to the pier took a little less than hour. The night before we had to go from the trainstation of surathani to the hotel, this was about 25 minutes.
