Review 1：Very difficult to access from the highways though the location is excellent. Lacks signage to guide the guest.

Review 4：Perfect location for me. Only half an hour's drive to Pamukkale. If you call a taxi, that would cost 50 lira. And 15 minutes to the bus station that you could go to other cities. And there's free airport shuttle. Really convenient for the transportation, although it's in the middle of highway. Facilities are quite new there also.

Review 5：*Long checkin. *There was No minibar in the room. *I had to wait for my invoice in the early morning whereas I instructed the Front Office to make it ready during checkin.

Review 7：Asked for non smoking and received a smoking room that reeked of smoke on all of the curtains and furniture and seeping through the air conditioner. The location was way out of the way and you had to drive 5 km in the opposite direction and make a u-turn on the highway in order to go to the downtown area. Window was broken in the room and wouldn't open, only a little at the top and not sideways.

Review 9：Hard to find. There is no enough parking lot. Have to park 50m away. The service man didn't help me to take the luggage. The worst thing is noise! My room is in 6th floor and there is large noise even in 11pm!

Review 12：Located close to Pamukkale (about 12 km) and excellent value for money with facilities and cleanliness far exceeding the rack rate charged. Got so much more than was expecting for the price. Well trained staff. Quiet and a great night's sleep. Tried the local wine offer recommended and loved it.

Review 13：Hotel registration form contains a question "what is the degree of relation between myself & my companion" which i believe it is none of their business. Despite being a 4 star hotel, minibars in rooms had been emptied and hotel had set up a market shop behind reception that they explain this is hotel policy and i should make my purchases from there instead of minibar. No newspaper available. Hotel outside of the city in the middle of nowhere.

Review 15：6 floors hotel but just a small area for breakfast. Ridiculous. Had to wait for a long while to get a table plus the staff was not attentive/fast enough to replace the plates and the cutlery when finished. The fact you can see inside the bathroom from the bedroom through a striped glass wall is not cool at all!!

Review 19：Otel ana yol üzerinde yer alıyor. Konum olarak şehir merkezine çok uzak değil ama ama ana yol üzerinde kavşak olmadığı için Denizli merkeze ulaşım çok zor. Nerdeyse 5 km yol gidip aynı yolu geri dönmek gerekiyor ki bu da toplamda 3 km olan yolu 13 km yapıyor.

Review 28：Location is a little bit tricky. Can be reached only from "highway" form the city, so you spend at least 5 minutes more in car, when comming from the Pamukkale side. Also the city is not worth.

Review 34：Some years ago there was an expression for the worst hotels at anywhere such as " bitli Sultanahmet otelleri ". Today I don't think any hotel administration can be worser thzn this. At leadt I didn't see in my life so far. Just 1 example and I leave the rest to you for evaluation; is it possible to find real bunch of hair in closed and packed slipper? Is it possible to find bunch of hairs in shower floor? How can you find an empty whiskey bottle in refrigerator...

Review 35：It's far too poorly signed for first time visitors. The only sign at the highway entrance is about the size of a postcard. After an hour of driving in circles we had to ask locals to show us how to get to it.

Review 36：Superb room, helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast including on-demand omelettes. We really looked forward to re-entering the hotel and our room each day.

Review 37：The breakfast was given in the lobby, but the sitting was not sufficient, people was waiting in the line for the others to finish. The lobby was looking to the east, so every chair was not usable because of the sun. A pair of blindes could be the solution.

Airport is also very far from the city (63 km away), and although hotel has a free shuttle in place but there should be a reliable and timely schedule shuttle in place to commute.
