Review 1：Not very clean. Little carpet was not hoovered. Soap was dripping in the shower. Bed was making noise every turning... also quite it was narrow. Very little window. Only one polish channel in TV.

Review 2：I love central location in Cieplice Zdrój. Also room was quite big. I like antique furnishing.

Review 3：- not working WI-FI - bathroom was not cleaned enough - poor selection of products on breakfast (e.g. only white bread), moreover staff did not refill empty plates even of such basic products like tomatoes or scrumbled eggs - lack of elevator - dark room (windows were very small and near the ceiling)

Review 20：The cleanliness is far from perfect. The room was not cleaned frequently enough and thorough enough. There were places (e.g. heater in the bathroom) that had not been cleaned for weeks. Also the bathroom was a bit worn out.

Review 26：It is not in Jelenia Gora centum, but in Cieplice centrum - a short drive from Jelenia Gora. A litle bitt tricki to find the parking behind the hotel - but the reseption is helpful.

Review 30：The bed comfort which includes oversized pillows that were worn. No air conditioning so you can imagine on a very hot day although the thick walls keep the temperature down but the bathrooms sure need it. Noise that echoes from the surrounding buildings from people walking and talking in the hotel patio. We were accommodated to a second room on the other side but the hotel workers smoke and talk just below the windows.

Review 31：It is small boutique hotel with nice arts decor. History buildings surround it. Take a free tour of this small town to learn its rich history . Staff super nice and helpful. Close to a beautiful huge park , great for walks, bikes, skateboarding (skateboard park within walking distance). My 11 year old son mingled with local kids, are many friends and it was the best vacation he had as they played soccer and basketball in the near sports field while I relaxed on the hotel patio. Hotel is on the walking strip, close to stores, restaurants and Thermal Bath Springs which offer treatments and relaxation.

Review 32：Lack of air conditioning Beds and bedding not comfortable. If facing the front late night restaurant noise and early morning noise from hotel staff and people walking on the street. If facing back hotel staff smoking - no air conditioning, had to keep windows open No enough natural light in rooms and dining room.

Review 34：Styling doesn't extend to rooms. No hot water for shower in the evening. Couldn't tell if breakfast included anything other than the buffet. Staff didn't ask how the stay was when leaving.

Review 37：The Disco on Saturday night is in a conflict with the guest's desire for peace and rest. Please, make sure when you select a room for somebody with a child not to give a room just above the restaurant rooms. It is impossible to go to sleep during the Disco, and it is a very strange contrast to everything else because the rest was fine. Thank you.

Review 38：We encounter 2 problems - ventilation system: all smells from kitchenget to our bathroom... And noise: people walking / talking on thecorridor. Some proper isolation (carpets on the floor) would probablysave the problem.
