Review 2：Good localisation, close to many restaurants. Super friendly and helpful staff. Extremely spacious apartments. Clean. Comfortable. Last but not least - YOU CAN NEGOTIATE THE PRICE JUST BEFORE PAYING :) Definately recommendation!

Review 3：Oman is an expensive country. Considering that, this place offers excellent value for your money. It's a budget hotel, with a good location, quiet, and very friendly staff.

Review 6：The bed wasn't the most comfortable but that is to be expected given the night rate and I don't think one can complain considering. The kitchenette wasn't really set up for you to utilise other than for drinks.

Review 7：The apartment offered us ample space - for our family...with the children their own beds and own room and bathroom. It is basic in its set up but clean and central which was all we required for our single night stay. The guy on front desk was really polite and helpful and pointed out a great little Turkish restaurant across the road which was clean, cheerful with good food ....which made everything easy after a full day on the road traveling to reach Sur. Wifi access was made simple and worked brilliantly.
