Review 1：It was just so extremely dirty we got our feet black just by walking on the carpet in the room. Crowded to the extreme. You have to stay in line for the sauna..

Review 5：The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The walls are so thin yo can hear everything people in other rooms are doing. They should really improve that.

Review 18：Beautiful old building with great views of lake. Great pool with big screen show water wild life. Great staff.

Review 19：Humid air in the gym in the morning. The staff should open the door 2 hours before to get fresh air into it. The men`s shower had humid air too. Again the key to air the place enough. The gym has to little weights. The price for bringing your dog 50PLN per night is too high! The staff has generally poor language knowledge. They anyway have more knowledge in German and of course Polish.

Review 20：The location is awesome and the breakfast is really good! If you have a dog you can bring it with you like I did. The spa-pool really fits for a family. Fore active swimmers they also have a "stream generator". Nice! Mragowo is a highly recommended place to visit!

Review 23：When we arrived they said they had a large group and tried to accomodateus elsewhere. Only with long and strainous discussion we succeded ingetting the rooms we had reserved three months before !

Review 24：Tourist hotel on the lake front with a beautiful garden. Rooms havedifferent size and confort and more than a few have not a lake view. Nointernet connection in rooms, just wi-fi downstairs in a little cornerof the lobby. Nice breakfast.
