Review 1：Friendly staff with nice rooms and good wifi. Great location in Dumaguete on the waterfront and near ferry terminal. Very close to historic Silliman University. Easy to walk to good restaurants and shopping. Catch the sunset over the water from the room's balcony.
Review 2：The room in simply too expensive. There are many accommodations in Dumaguete that are better, for half the price or even less.
Review 3：The balcony is nice to sit in the evening, with view to the boulevard and the ocean. The room had a fridge, which is very much appreciated.
Review 4：We woke up at 4AM because of really loud noises of drunken men on the second floor. They occupied 2-3 rooms, it seems. When we went out to tell them to keep quiet, the guests were drinking by the hall -- with one of the hotel staff who was supposed to be on duty at the lobby! If not for this unfortunate incident, we would have had a great stay.
