Review 3：This hotel has very limited parking space. You must leave the keys for them to park your car. When we got to the hotel we had to wait over 25 minutes to make check in because the person was parking cars. Limited staff. When we checked out we had to walk to our car in the public street almost 2 minutes away. from hotel. Crazy!

Review 5：Front desk folks were very good at explaining things and getting us checked in. The café next to the hotel was nice and served good food. Terrace rooftop was very nice and a nice surprise. Ordered a van for our group through the hotel staff and it arrived on time and was perfect.

Review 6：They took out all the snack vending machines because they re-opened the bistro. The bistro was closed when we arrived.

Review 9：the room was big and nice and clean. It was nicer than the one we had on our cruise. The staff was excellent as we ask where to catch the bus and about different things around the area. They were most helpful. They had a happy hour the evening we were there at the little restaurant, enjoyed it. Food was OK. Bets walking to find something to eat.

Review 11：Cozy small hotel in a central location. Clean rooms and amazing rooftop terrace. Basic breakfast served in the Lobby bar. Great and helpful staff. Bus stop to old San Juan very near and also great restaurants and grocery store close by.

Review 12：Gabriel at the espresso bar for breakfast is very kind and helpful. Rooms simple but clean and comfortable. Roof terrasse well appreciated for personal 5-7. Laundry room a plus. Good location quiet compared to condado area. Free parking. Wifi actually works.

Review 16：This is a great boutique hotel with staff that are amazingly helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and well-stocked, the beds comfortable, and the location is perfect.

Review 17：Wifi was working "part time." My room had 3 bottles of body lotion and no shampoo. Plumbing, sinks and taps, while functional, needed a bit of updating.

Review 18：A great location with nice restaurants, fast food joints, movie theatre, and a grocery store all within a two minute walk from the property. Their little bistro cafe does a decent breakfast, and they can pull a mean espresso at a fantastic price!

Review 26：Breakfast is not included. The small breakfast 'restaurant' attached to the lobby was fine, but only because we received a voucher for free breakfast for having to wait so long during check-in.

Review 27：This hotel served its purpose for is. We needed a pace to stay the night before our cruise. The staff was helpful in suggesting a place to eat (Casita Miramar, which was just okay). They also suggested that we check out Old San Juan by taking the bus that is only $.75/person each way. The rooftop terrace was a nice view of the city. We were very close to the pier for our cruise, although it was still a $20 cab ride. The room itself was adequate. No frills, but nothing much to complain about.

The hotel also had many restaurants in the surrounding area and walking distance to the beach. The staff was very pleasant and was very informative. Review 34：Loved staying at Hotel Miramar! This hotel is close to all attractions in San Juan and is close to great restaurants.Especially los pinos which is open 24/7. Finally, the best part is the hotel staff are really friendly and were super helpful with all excursion planning. I will definitely be coming back and staying at Hotel Miramar.

Review 35：Flat pillows, no snack machine. It advertises a snack machine but after you travel to the floor, there isn't one. The beds are great but the pillows are not. They are too flat. You should have one fluffy at least. No coffee machine for us Americans who drink coffee a lot.

Review 37：The staff here is fantastic! The hotel itself is a short bus or cab ride away from Old San Juan, the breakfast is delicious, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. This place is a great deal, and we'd definitely like to stay there again!

Review 38：A loooot humidity in room, in hallways, carpets, breakfast at the place across the street was REALLY BAD. Hope this changes when own restaurant opens. Something could be done about humidity.

Review 43：the router in my floor was broken but i moved to another hotel and i dont know whether it was fixed or not because they gave me another room in another floor which i didnt like as much as the first one. the first room didnt have a refrigerator and microwave like the second one did but it had a big bed and very large flatscreen tv. the second one had two beds but they were not comfortable like the first one

Review 44：they offered free coffee and wifi. terrace was very beautiful. the location was perfect because the hotel was not too far away from the airport, the beach or old san juan. the personnel was very helpful. the price/benefit balance was good.

Review 45：The air conditioning was very loud and blew air strongly towards the bed. The room wasn't very well equipped: no electric kettle and no dishes apart from a few plastic cups. Poor sound insulation between the room and the corridor.

The Overall experience was Terrible. Our room was Not ready upon arrival also, we will Not stay here again.

Jelly was difficult to obtain. It was difficult to get a 2nd cup of coffee. Each cup was served in a new cup at additional cost.

Review 67：My husband and I were stuck in the elevator for over 45 minutes waiting for the service individual. We then had to jump down between floors. The AM front desk staff did not have the same sense of concern we had or urgency to get us out. When we asked for consideration for compensation toward our stay he was quick to dismiss us while he "helped" others and "tried" to find his manager. We are still waiting for the hotel to respond.

Review 73：A family of 4 adults,mother, father, son, grandson, over 21. reserved 2 rooms. Upon arrival they had only 1 room for us!!! "Plumbing" problems with the other room and no attempt to find us another room. They expected 4 adults to cram into 2 double beds (we are not obese) not much privacy in the small rooms!!! Lucky for mom, her sister(staying at same hotel) invited her to share her room. Oh and "lucky" us, MMar was not going to charge for the "extra" 2 others in the same room. Would not stay here again.!!!!

Above reception and facing the street. The bed probably could be retired. There should be a coffee maker in the room since the bistro is still closed.
