Reviews for Little-Teak Homestay
Review 1:Nothing we didn't like, but if you're coming know that this is truly a homestay style guesthouse and not a hotel with attached restaurant. Breakfast is provided, but other meals are either off premises or prepared with ingredients from the local market or Tesco. We didn't expect this, but we all enjoyed shopping for food together and preparing and eating it with K's family.
Review 2:I can't recommend this place enough. From arranging a free taxi for us from town to personally driving us to the airport at 5 in the morning, our stay at Little Teak Homestay was unbelievable. Kay (K? not sure how to spell what we called him) may be the nicest man in Thailand and we were lucky his girlfriend was in from Bangkok for the weekend so we got to spend time with both of them. They drove us to restaurants they enjoyed and even took us to the market to buy food for a family bbq they prepared for us. Anything we inquired about, they tried to make happen, you won't find more accommodating hosts anywhere. If you're looking for a place to relax and recharge for a few days while getting to know an area of Chiang Mai you'd probably miss, stay here.
